My recent stay here was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming; during check-in, they were warm and attentive, even offering a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was more spacious and brighter than I had imagined. The bedding was impeccably clean and comfortable; you could immediately feel the high quality of the mattress and pillows. The bathroom facilities were brand new, featuring abundant and consistent hot water, along with a full set of quality toiletries. What truly impressed me was the excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a wide and diverse selection, including both Western and Asian options, all prepared with fresh ingredients and tasting delicious. The restaurant environment was elegant and spotlessly clean, and the staff promptly refilled food and cleared tables. Although the gym wasn't huge, it was well-equipped. They also boast a 24-hour self-service laundry room, a truly thoughtful amenity for long-term guests. What touched me most was the check-out experience. The front desk proactively asked if I needed assistance with a taxi and even presented me with a small souvenir. Such meticulous attention to detail made me feel the stay was truly exceptional value for money. Overall, this hotel excels in both its facilities and service quality, offering outstanding value. The next time I'm in this city for business or leisure, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again and enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family. Every aspect of my stay, from arrival to departure, highlighted the hotel's genuine dedication. Room cleaning was incredibly timely; each day I returned to a spotless room, and even my casually placed clothes were neatly folded. Upon check-out, the front desk specifically inquired about my experience and carefully noted my suggestions. This commitment to guest feedback instills great confidence in the hotel's management. Staff are helpful and friendly. Free upgrade to executive floor. My requests were all fulfilled. Excellent location and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast offers a wide range of cuisines.

Very nice facilities and extremely comfortable bed. It’s high up and so you can see the edges of Macau. Classic Chinese buffet breakfast but it sure was satisfying. Short walk from both Gongbei Port and various types of Zhuhai night life. The train station is also 15 minutes away! The only real complaint was the staff, one of which didn’t seem to be able to change the speed of their speech so I could understand, and the other who - despite doing so with an impeccably friendly smile - wouldn’t stop trying to tell me about some sort of promotion(?) despite insisting I was about to be late for my train.

What truly stood out was the hotel's exceptional care for families with children. All staff members were genuinely warm and friendly. Our butler, Elena, was particularly exemplary – she ensured bed rails, a high chair for baby food, a baby bathtub, and children's toiletries were all ready. She even proactively arranged a bottle sterilizer. This 'no request too big' level of thoughtfulness made traveling with our little one incredibly easy. The complimentary in-room drinks, snacks, and the convenient capsule coffee machine were also much-appreciated thoughtful touches. Upon entering our room, the expansive sea view and thoughtful layout were already stunning. The exquisite design and cultural essence were evident in every detail: the white marble patterns in the shower and bathroom exuded an elegant, luxurious feel, while the warm wooden flooring in the bedroom created a cozy, home-like atmosphere. This spatial language, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern comfort, was truly captivating. Excellent stay and great value! We stayed as a family of 4 in the tatami 2x double bed room. The room itself was spacious and super clean. The hotel provided great amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, vanity set etc and even Roberto Cavalli hand cream! The location was excellent. Right opposite the Opera House and around 20 minutes walk to the City Balcony. The gentleman at front desk was professional and helpful. He also helped with luggage. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to travel between Macau and Zhuhai. Shopping and eateries are stone throw away. Transportation is easy to access. Hotel staffs are friendly especially both the front desk and the housekeepers are pleasant and helpful

I must say, I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It truly lives up to its reputation as an established international hotel; the service was impeccable, the room was very clean, and it offered great value for money. We booked a family room, and the view was excellent, offering direct views of the sea and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The swimming pool was shaded after 3 PM, which meant our child could swim very comfortably and happily. Right at the hotel entrance, you can catch the sightseeing bus. For 30 RMB per person, you get unlimited rides within 24 hours, taking you to all the city's attractions. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating; they immediately granted our request for a late check-out. While waiting in the lobby, we ordered takeout and wanted to eat it in the cafe, which the staff also politely agreed to. The air conditioning and dehumidifier were already turned on in the room before we checked in. The hotel lobby displayed many beautiful crystal crafts that were very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast spread was excellent; after a satisfying meal, we just hopped on a bus and went out to enjoy ourselves. The only drawback was that the central air conditioning unit, after running for a while, became a bit noisy; we hope this can be improved. Next time we visit, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious n clean. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast is included n offers quite a good selection of items, such as congee, noodles, hot food, eggs, buns, dim sum n fruits. We got upgraded too. Just before we checked out the hotel, the toilet flush did not work well. Hotel sent technician to come n fix the problem right away n to our satisfaction. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay for us.

We arrived quite early, between 4 and 5 AM. Even though we had booked the room for the 21st, we were told we had to pay for the previous night due to the very early check-in. However, they did offer a late check-out until 2 PM, which was a nice compromise. The room amenities were acceptable, but there was no ashtray, and we had to fit the trash bags into the bins ourselves. Upon returning from the beach barefoot, the front desk staff kindly offered to get me a pair of slippers. The breakfast experience was quite confusing. Initially, they couldn't find our booking for two people, only one, which was rather awkward. After I had already finished my meal, they finally confirmed that breakfast was included for both of us, allowing my friend to eventually get their food. Regarding the slippers, I had to follow up later, and I was told they had already been placed in my room. Yet, a female staff member at the front desk was still asking why the slippers hadn't been taken, insisting they had been put in my room, which clearly indicated a mix-up.
