Hotels in Gongbei Port / Fuhuali, Zhuhai

As usual the staff especially the concierge was great. Had many courier packages and the concierge here are the best. The cleaners and frontdesk was all good. Last time i stay at end room and i made request that i do not want it and of course they meet my requirement. The only disappointment is the gym there used to 5 treadmills but then 4 and now there is another 2 broken which doesn’t seem to getting fix at all and the elliptical has been broken for over 2 months and see that there are many guests in the morning using it, so for sure not enough equipment, this is one of a drawback. Please no towels for guests to used. Am are exercise person so this is really a disappointment and not to high standards of a hotel at all.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, truly oppose the boarder gateway and railway station with a connecting underground shopping mall and many good eateries. Free washing facility and detergents were provided. I was greeted by two very nice, courteous and helpful staff from Mr Ye and Ms Panda Chen. Mr Ye was very friendly to give tips and advice on where to go in Zhu Hai whereas Ms Panda was very attentive to my stay in the hotel. Kudos to both of them, they truly have made my stay a memorable one. Eventually, I extended for one more night stay in the hotel.

Despite some previous concerns I had due to a past hotel incident, after careful consideration, I still chose the Renaissance, and it turned out to be the right decision! I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied! Thank you!

Very good hotel for Solo, Family and business travelers. Excellent location with great amenities in surrounding area. The staff ( Especially Ken ) are very very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is very good and plenty of choices. This is also a very clean hotel. 😍😍😍

The hotel is sooooo good. Staff is very good, one can speak English. He recommends the famous place and restaurant in Zhuhai. Room so comfortable. Breakfast yummy, dumplings is the best.

As a traveler with a mild obsession for cleanliness, my standards for hotel hygiene are incredibly high. My two-day, one-night stay at Lishang Hotel completely changed my perception of cleanliness in independent hotels. From the public display of disinfection records in the lobby upon arrival to the detailed cleaning procedure manual handed to me by the housekeeping manager upon departure, every single detail spoke volumes about their 'hygiene first' philosophy. During check-in, the front desk proactively informed me, ”All our guest rooms adhere to medical-grade disinfection standards, and you can view the cleaning and disinfection records for your specific room.” After scanning a QR code, a clear table detailing 12 cleaning items appeared: the toilet seat disinfection time was precise to the minute, air conditioner filter replacement records included the cleaner's staff ID, and even the remote control was labeled 'wiped with 75% alcohol.' This level of transparency immediately put my initial concerns at ease. The moment I stepped into Room 0509, the visual cleanliness was astounding. The bay window sill was spotless; even after wiping it with a tissue, it remained pristine white. Lifting the bedsheet to check under the bed, even the often-neglected corners were sparkling clean. I heard the hotel employs a '360-degree no-dead-angle cleaning method,' even using a special flat vacuum cleaner for under the beds. But what truly surprised me was the bathroom – no water stains on the glass door, the floor drain emitted a faint lemon scent instead of mildew, and the mouthwash cups were individually sealed in plastic, with a satisfying crackle as I opened them. Such meticulous attention to detail was evident everywhere. A small incident during my stay further impressed me. On the second day, I noticed a tiny water stain on the rim of a mouthwash cup. After calling room service, the housekeeping supervisor personally came to my room with new cups. She not only replaced all the toiletries but also demonstrated their 'high-temperature steam sterilization process' on the spot: a specialized sterilizer spraying 130℃ steam for 30 seconds, followed by wiping with a sterile cloth, all while wearing disposable gloves and a mask. Before leaving, she smiled and said, 'Rest assured, we have a 'zero-tolerance' policy for hygiene complaints, and all our cleaning tools are changed for each room.' Hygiene management in the public areas was equally stringent. Next to the buttons in the public restrooms, there was hand sanitizer and disposable button wipes. The utensil sterilizer cabinet in the restaurant's self-service area displayed real-time temperature. Even the yoga mats in the gym were covered with individually packaged disinfectant wipes. On my departure day, I specifically observed the cleaning staff at work: their cleaning trolleys neatly arranged color-coded cloths – red, blue, and yellow – designated for bathrooms, guest rooms, and public areas respectively. This 'zone-specific' standard brought immense peace of mind. Overall, this experience at Lishang Hotel, with its 'visible cleanliness' and 'traceable procedures,' truly won over this cleanliness-obsessed traveler. Here, hygiene is not just an abstract promise but evident in every tangible detail. For my next trip, I've finally found a hotel I can confidently book without a second thought. During check-out, the lovely front desk staff member, Xiaoyuan, even gave us a gift. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clean nice decor room with very good front desk services. Love that they have free coffee in the lobby. Will be back again

The lobby has Aircon! Some international brands have a multipurpose lobby with other commercial buildings and hotels and sometimes AC can be lacking in the lobby. This hotel has its own lobby.  There is a parking lot underneath the hotel.  Breakfast is included from 6pm to 10:30am. Many people took stuff away from breakfast for their pack lunch. Staff was nice and gave out boxes and utensils for people to take their packed lunch. The room is well appointed. AC is cold. No random smells of mould or sewage.  Comfortable bed with 4 pillows provided. Lounge seat also included. Can 3 family 2 parents plus one child in a standard room.

This is already my second stay, because it was only newly opened in August 2025. All the facilities are very new. The front desk staff has a great service attitude! However, slightly check-in time can be improved a little faster would be much better, very like here to leave personal facilities are very good many different kinds of restaurants skewers Western food tea restaurant supermarket children's play facilities are available especially there is a famous place is very large even a lot of daily necessities enough can immediately go down to buy! And very close to Gongbei even to many places in Fuhuali very convenient! And this time can also be delayed for me, check-out at two in the afternoon is very good, however breakfast is slightly too little variety to choose from, but the place environment is very spacious and hygienic will stay next time

I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and bright, and I really loved the decor – a chic, minimalist style. The soundproofing was exceptional; I couldn't hear a peep at night, which made for a peaceful sleep. All the facilities were brand new, from the AC to the TV, everything worked perfectly. The bathroom was also spotless. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was fantastic and made for some great photos! I especially want to commend the front desk staff. Both the ladies and gentlemen were all smiles, made check-in a breeze, and responded immediately to any requests. Their attitude was truly excellent. I felt right at home here, and it offers amazing value for money. Free parking was a huge bonus, and having a shopping mall right downstairs was super convenient for shopping and dining. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. They even gave a small gift when I checked out! I absolutely have to recommend this to all my friends!
