The hotel is relatively new. On Saturdays, check-in can get quite busy, so it's a good idea to bring your original ID card, as the self-check-in kiosks can help speed things up. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was fantastic! For breakfast, I suggest heading down around 8 AM to avoid the peak crowds; the spread is extensive and delicious. The pool on the 28th floor offers incredible views. I'd recommend booking a 'Planet Room' or a higher category, as these come with free pool access. For more budget-friendly room types, there's a charge (88 for adults, 48 for children), but it does allow for multiple entries.

A perfect 10/10! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, the toiletries were luxurious, and the dining experience was exquisite. Even the room key felt like something from a five-star establishment! Our butler, Aurora Lin, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful! She anticipated our needs down to the smallest detail, and her responses to our questions were lightning-fast ❤️. And the pool! I've never seen a hotel pool so immaculately clean! I couldn't resist recommending it to all my friends in Hong Kong! This time, we traveled with our child during the off-peak season. Jisoo from the Kids' Club on the fifth floor was absolutely wonderful; she showed us all the entertainment facilities. If we hadn't had other plans, we would've stayed longer! Next time, we definitely want to try their childcare service 😁. Ultimately, I simply *had* to leave a five-star review! I've already recommended it across all my work groups and family chats 😎.

Big room, staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is slightly remote and the closet mall is 5 mins by car. Quiet neighborhood. Will consider to stay again next visit

Celebrate my little one birthday here. It was amazing. They have room decorating and cake service on your birthday day without changing. Beautiful experience in the hotel, nice restaurants, have almost the things you need. Free Shuttle bus to the theme parks from your hotel. Hotel service was so good, they also have welcome foods plate with fresh fruits, cute cookies and chips. Welcome show have mostly everyday and not only 1 in a day so if you come to hotel early or check in time you still have change to see it. Room theme is beautiful (we stay at Henqin bay hotel) ,my kids love it so much, even cloths come with the room theme as well 😍. The cleaner refill toiletries everyday to make the bathroom as new as check in day 😍. Event not going to the theme park, hotel have a lot of activities to do too. Like kid’s plauground, swimming pool, games area, hand craft bracelets, mum&daughter nails shop… Highly recommended 💖💖💖 Ps: If you are staying at Hengqin Bay hotel , they have dolphin show at 6:30pm (double check with day and time with hotel stuff) Hotel have free parcel collection services or people who don’t want carry to much stuffs 🥰

Excellent location, spacious rooms, and helpful staff—ideal for families, theme park visitors, and shopping enthusiasts. Just be aware of the unusual check-in spot and shower quirks. Few minutes drive to chime long theme park

The hotel is very close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, situated in a nearby village. I always choose to stay here whenever I visit. It's only about a five-minute drive to the Ocean Kingdom parking lot. The owner even enthusiastically recommended public transport, mentioning there's a bus stop right at the village entrance with a direct route, and a single fare costs just one RMB. I booked a family room at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent natural light. It featured floor-to-ceiling windows offering pleasant views of the mountains and trees 🌲. While my child watched TV, I gazed out at the ever-changing June weather. The mischievous rain playfully tossed the trees, making them sway wildly... I quietly admired the scene from my room, feeling completely refreshed and at peace 💗.

I chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Hengqin Port. My stay was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and it even had a balcony. Additionally, the room was equipped with a dehumidifier and an air purifier, and the air conditioning was powerful. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm back in Zhuhai and in this area.

That was a surprisingly nice time at the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. I would especially like to mention Miranda. She speaks English very well and communication was easy. Our room level was upgraded and it exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was varied and everyone could choose meals to their liking.

This time I went to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and chose this apartment hotel. It is very close to Chimelong (about 10 minutes by taxi). The apartment building has comprehensive facilities, including convenience stores and restaurants. The room type is also very satisfactory, very spacious, and the facilities are also very new. We stayed for two consecutive nights. We needed to replenish water and toiletries. We communicated in advance and helped arrange everything. You can rest assured to choose this hotel when traveling with children.
