Romantic Hotels in Zhuhai

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

The cleaner does not do well in the room cleaning. Did not tidy all the shampoo and conditioner, did not provide second day of vanity pack . Shower was leaking , make the floor all wet.

The bathroom is also spacious and the bathtub has been disinfected. Overall, the quality and comfort of the room are worthy of recognition. The infinity pool of Jingyun Villa is a highlight. The 28-meter-long sea view infinity pool allows the sky, the sea and the pool to be seamlessly connected, giving people the illusion of being in a fairyland. Enjoying the sea breeze by the pool, admiring the fragrance of ancient trees and the sunset is undoubtedly an ultimate enjoyment. In terms of service, the villa provides butler-style service. I would like to praise the butler Xiao Min by name. The service is very considerate. From pick-up and drop-off services to arranging island tours, watching sunrises and sunsets, sea fishing and other activities, the villa can meet the needs of guests one by one. They also gave seasickness patches and provided lemongrass tea to prevent seasickness. In terms of catering, the afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel are all memorable. Especially the catering based on local fresh seafood, fishing boats go out to sea every day to ensure the freshness and deliciousness of the ingredients. In addition, the hotel also has leisure places such as leisure bars and book houses, so that guests can enjoy the food while also feeling the elegance of books and the leisure atmosphere. This is an ideal choice for tourists who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy tranquility and nature. The disadvantage is that Wanshan Island itself is relatively scarce in supporting facilities, and you can only play in the hotel, and the hotel’s entertainment equipment is relatively small, with only one swimming pool, spa, and book bar; there are few types of breakfast, and the taste is very average, which may also be related to the lack of supplies on the island (it is said that the water price on the island is several times that of the urban area). Despite some shortcomings, the overall environment of the hotel is still commendable. For tourists who want to experience the island scenery, this is undoubtedly a choice not to be missed.

The front desk of the B&B upgraded the room to a duplex. The living room is downstairs and the bed is upstairs. The room is very spacious. The room is very clean and the lighting is very good. The front desk and the guest room staff are very enthusiastic. It was a very happy stay. Opposite is Sun Yat-sen University. You can see the sea within a few hundred meters. I will continue to choose this B&B next time

The hall downstairs in the duplex room is small and soundproof. The bedding 🛏️ is not bad. The supporting bar is very attentive, rich in elements, and quite lively at night. The overall experience is quite chic, fashionable men and women may wish to try it, if you are on a business trip, that's it.

This location is good hotel, clean, ventilated, service is much better, the price is not expensive, the environment is good, the room is clean, highly recommended, five-star praise.

Service attitude: Very good, the staff are very polite Hotel facilities: It is great to have a laundry room☺️ The room can see the sunrise, which is great. On the last day, I was given breakfast. Although there were not many varieties, the taste was good.

We arrived in Zhuhai from Macau at night. We came to Lvshushanju on the recommendation of our driver's friend. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and lent us a data cable. We got up in the morning and had a delicious breakfast. My friend and I took a lot of beautiful photos in Zhuhai. The hotel is located by the sea. The sun is very good in the morning! The lady at the front desk Caicai‼ ️ helped us find the things we lost in the room, very patient! Very nice! Next time if I come to Zhuhai, I will definitely choose Lvshushanju again!

I booked a renewal and couldn’t swipe the card and ran down to ask the front desk. At three o’clock in the evening, the front desk was a man. The first night I had already communicated with another front desk. Auntie didn’t need to clean the room. Then I asked casually. Auntie didn’t help us clean the room. Then the man was very loud. I'm angry with us. How do I know? I came to work at 11 o'clock and asked me why. I don't know. I said very loudly that there is such a treat for guests? You don't know if you can have a better tone and say you don't know. It's good to use this? My boyfriend said to talk well and the man said that he didn't know, he didn't know, or he said very loudly that everyone was angry. Who will come to this hotel in the future? Just ask I got in the elevator and I was there, talking loudly, and I was there to complain.
