Seaview Hotels in Zhuhai

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

The location is very convenient, many restaurants are just nearby within 200-600m. Overall up to standard except the washroom hygiene that spread quite a weird smell and also the in room carpet's cleanliness not roo ideal. There's an outdoor pool that's nice though. I have to thanks the hotel for the room decoration for our anniversary and a complimentary breakfast.

lighting in the carpark is not enough or under lighting. traffic sign on the ground at the ground floor level near the entrance to the carpark has faded away leading vehicles driving the wrong way. gym too small. male restroom in the gym not attended up to a five star hotel standard. there is only one towel bowl and with no toilet paper. the swimming pool is closed.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

Our room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. The gym was great. We want to thank Xenia for taking care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond making sure we had a VIP experience.

2nd over 5 days.It has been a good experience. Especially the 23rd Floor view at night. Fantastic. At price of S$95 per night, i will definitely recommend.

Great environment and facilities. Easy to get around with free shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park respectively. Easy walking distance to Kaka Theatre as well as the Chimelong show. It was really special to have the complimentary afternoon tea by the playful dolphins. The ferry ride to Ocean Kingdom was nice too! The pools and fitness gym were proper. We would have enjoyed some pool fun if we had brought our swiming attire. Overall very satisfied and we'll definitely book this hotel again :)

A superb experience, with the bedroom and the bath tub is so gorgeous , and the service is excellent with all the staff is so friendly and warm to serve n help. There are even two floors of swimming pools, which the outdoor one is def a floor to pick. The breakfast also offers varieties of food, and unlimited supply till 10:30. It’s a wonderful stay at St Regis and we will come again.

We had a wonderful time. Our registration was quick and easy. The reception staff was very helpful. We were given a wechat contact on arrival of one of the receptionists who was great for answering our questions. A lot of the staff spoke English very well which made things easier. The bar staff was great and the drinks were brought quickly. Unfortunately we were a bit early in the season so the outdoor pool was not open. There is a very nice and large beach area however there was only 1 place with chairs and no umbrellas. It would be nice if they spread some chairs out along the beach and install some umbrellas. We will definitely return again.

Was upgraded to a king suite, which was rather nice. The room is beautiful. Spacious, comfortable, etc. Lovely bathroom, with bath/shower. Reasonable price, considering I've spent as much on worse hotels in HK recently. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My one gripe is the restaurant. I was at the hotel a fair bit due to online work, and would have happily have spent the whole day/evening there, but the food was far too focused on being 'impressive' rather than good. The decor of the restaurant is extremely dated similar to what was deemed 'traditional China' from 20 years ago, which doesn't lend itself to a comfortable eating experience. Would love to have been able to get a steak, or some more commonplace Chinese cuisine, but all the options were too 'arty' without much substance. No reasonable wine list, which was disappointing. Expensive wines with no reputations, and the options in beers was extremely limited. My one real disappointment with the hotel. The swimming pool is outside, with no shelter so the Zhuhai sun is beating down on the swimming area. No real setup for relaxing by the pool, and the pool itself is rather small. Well-maintained but it doesn't really match the photos here. Good photography I guess. However, the hotel itself is lovely. Will definitely stay there again.
