The check-in-process is very smooth and staff is very professional. The room is quite spacious, we have a queen bed and a small bed for my son. Our bed matress is comfortable but the kid bed is quite hard, is not really recommended unless you place the comforter on the mattress, then is comfortable enough to sleep in. The cleaniless is OK. We did not use the internet as we connect to the foreign website so we use our own mobile and act as a modem. We only ate at the Penguin restaurant. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Penguin restaurant. One of the meal - we paid ourselves, the food that hotel charge is not exactly cheap, BUT they have so much choices and taste pretty delicious. There are so many diners that it is amazing how the staff keep it running efficiently. The hotel is very near to the Ocean world, like walking distance 3 minutes and to go to the spaceship you need to take shuttle, but all is arranged conveniently for the customers. I am very happy with my choice of the trip and highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Zhuhai Chimelong Circus Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel offers a good buffet dinner with a wide variety of options, making it a satisfying dining experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although they do feel slightly dated and could use some modern updates.
The location is convenient for visitors to the circus, as it’s just a short walk away. However, if you’re planning to visit the Ocean Park, be prepared for a 10-minute walk, which can be a bit tiring after a long day of activities. Despite this, the proximity to the main attractions makes it a good choice for families and travelers looking for an immersive Chimelong experience.
I would highly recommend staying at least 3 days and 2 nights (3D2N) to fully enjoy everything the hotel and the nearby attractions have to offer. This duration allows you to experience the circus, Ocean Park, and other activities without feeling rushed.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Chimelong. There is one bus stop nearby that can reach Chimelong. Opposite the hotel is the beach where you can take a walk and enjoy the nice scenery. I personally think it is more convenient than staying in Chimelong, because there are many restaurants to choose from next to this hotel. The rooms are very clean and it is worth recommending.

The next morning, the hotel also arranged a private car for seven people to go to Chimelong Paradise at 9:30

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the surrounding environment was a bit disappointing, and there was no scenery to speak of. When checking in, the front desk service was basically not enthusiastic and proactive, and the whole process was very cold.
Entering the room, the hygiene conditions were not satisfactory. There was obvious dust in some corners, and the sheets did not look very clean, which made me feel a little disgusted. The room design was full of complaints. Although there were enough beds, the sockets were not set in a scientific way. It was very inconvenient to charge electronic devices, and the convenience of guests was not considered at all.
This accommodation experience was quite bad. The only thing worth affirming was that the 4.2 rating on Ctrip was quite realistic, which basically met the actual level of the hotel. I hope the hotel can work harder to improve hygiene and service, otherwise it will be difficult to attract repeat customers.

Comparing to previous time i had occasion to have my own online butler on Wechat which promptly answered to my needs. Good whiskey sour at the Sky bar. Will come back next year 🥂

LLEE LINGLocation is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel.
Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc.
Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all.
Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).

JJiangcongjiboboVery satisfied with the stay experience. The lobby is large, the environment is good, and the service of Xiao Lu at the front desk is very good. Check-in is fast, the rooms are complete, there is free parking, and travel is also convenient. The room attendants and the front desk are very enthusiastic and greeted proactively. It is convenient to wash clothes and the dryer is convenient. When we checked out, we were given a thermos cup, which is very good! 👍

GGuest UserOur room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. The gym was great. We want to thank Xenia for taking care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond making sure we had a VIP experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is very convenient to access food and mall. It is very near the check point to Macau. The hotel hygiene is good and staff is very polite and friendly. They are helpful and approachable. The facilities is sufficient and suitable for kids. Bath tub is almost new and clean. I would stay again and recommend other friends to stay here.

GGuest UserHua Xin Hotel has a very good location. It is very near to Gong Bei Port Shopping. Outside the hotel, there are restaurants. Nearby, the hotel got a very good SPA for Massage (Nature Massag & SPA Center) and at a cheap price. If you consider crossing over to Macau, the border is just walking distance, and there is free bus service to Venetian Shopping and Casino. Busses to other casinos are also available.
