酒店在市區繁華地段，周邊吃飯購物都方便，步行到駐馬店火車站衹需五分鐘左右，酒店比較老了，但衞生還不錯。前台接待服務態度熱情周到，主動送了早餐券。

第一次住，簡單總結一下，床品是不錯的，電視挺大的，沙發也挺好，洗手間有點緊湊，馬桶跟洗澡間玻璃間隔很小，但凡胖點就會懟到腿了，我沒洗澡，因為洗漱噴頭挺臟的，提供的是一次性洗臉巾跟一次性馬桶墊，這點挺好的，總結來説還是不錯的。

離火車站非常近，性價比很高

以下對這個酒店非常中肯的評價，本來剛入住的時候，前台免費升級個房型挺高興的，結果入住後內部設施真是太差了，馬桶🚽黑點兒擦都擦不掉，淋浴間設計不合理，沐浴露洗髮水放洗手枱上，洗到半截，得光着出去拿，對了還沒有涼拖，洗澡得光腳洗，洗完想用浴巾擦身體，結果浴巾是打開的裏面還有女生的頭髮，氣的我給前台打電話，前台上來溝通的倒挺快，不過也就衹會賠笑臉，上來送了兩瓶冰露和兩雙一次性拖鞋，好歹送兩瓶飲料或者減免費呀，送冰露真是絕了，我也不差這兩瓶破冰露呀，我跟前台都説了我水挺多的，還來送，我缺的是涼拖不是一次性拖鞋。而且前台冠冕堂皇的説：“我們這是經濟型酒店，浴巾清洗的都是外包的，4層這層都沒有裝修，所以設施不好”哎，我就奇了怪了，你們酒店沒裝修給客人住啥。也就早餐還行了，挺豐富的，味道也還行。其它的住的真是一言難盡啊，那兩瓶礦泉水和兩雙拖鞋給您們放房間裏了，花的錢也不少，體驗一點兒都不好，哦，對了，電視還是壞的，排放扇上好多灰，還有小飛蟲

酒店在火車站附近，設施看上去有一些年頭了，後院可以停車，但車位比較緊張，應該有附近上班做事的人也停在那裡。酒店含早餐，比較簡單，能填飽肚子。
