衞生：符合預期，理想乾淨，每天都會幫你打掃衞生乾淨
環境：滿意，離市中心或者駐馬店西站離30分鐘公交，性價比高
服務：態度還可以，非常周到，還有服務預訂早餐送上門來
設施：有點老舊，隔音方面有待提高加強

酒店大體還是可以的，衹是不要相信他們訂房頁面上的描述，這家店不誠信：1.我們入住時經過詢問被告知沒有早餐，並且每人衹給補5塊錢；2.提供免費停車，但沒有説明每天早、午、晚有三個時段門前都限行。

每次來駐馬店的首選之地，經濟實惠，乾淨衞生，交通方便，樓下吃的也挺多的，前台小姐姐服務也挺好的。真有一種賓至如歸的感覺。

房間乾淨整潔，熱水充足，訂的房間含一張早餐券，我又用積分補了一張，但酒店的灶壞了，聯繫攜程給退了積分券，酒店這邊也給了個紅包，金額雖不多，但誠意滿滿，前台小趙服務熱情。酒店停車也方便。

前台服務態度很好，免費升級了帶窗的房間；早餐説是可以師傅從外面買，因為覺得麻煩便自行在外面吃了。房間環境還可以，空間也夠大，住着不會壓抑。總體好評
