Avanna Hotel

This is the first negative review I have given after staying in so many hotels around the world. Generally, you can tolerate it as long as you can. The worst thing is hygiene! The carpet was really old and dirty. When we moved in, the coffee table was full of rubbish. There were also slippers worn out by the previous tenant. We couldn't imagine how many allergens there were in the carpet. Moreover, the room also had a strong smell of air fragrance, which made me suffer from asthma on the first night. Also, the various facilities mentioned by the hotel when booking are not free. Even the gym costs 20 yuan an hour. If it is a paid item, please indicate the fee. The hotel facilities are also very old and the attitude of the service staff is average. There is a feeling that our hotel is awesome and you can do whatever you want. The price of nearly 500 per night is really unreasonable. If I wasn't visiting relatives and this was the only hotel I could stay in, I would never stay there. Please come with caution!

There was no heating when we stayed there, the windows were leaking, the water temperature was average, some of the hot spring equipment was not turned on, the experience was average, but the service attitude was very good.

The hotel has complete facilities, the courtyard has a great view and the rooms are spacious and bright
