作為本地知名的高檔酒店，整體服務態度值得肯定，前台人員熱情周到，但針對入住期間反饋的問題（如直飲水泛黃、衞生問題等）未能及時跟進處理，希望後續能加強客訴響應機制。
地理位置優越，周邊交通便捷，遺憾的是酒店未配備獨立停車場，公共停車位緊張，自駕客人需自行尋找附近收費車位，建議提前協調停車資源。
硬件設施方面，直飲水系統的設計理念值得點贊，但實際水質存在明顯污染問題（出水口呈黃色），存在健康隱患，亟待排查管道或水源污染問題。
衞生狀況與高檔定位嚴重不符，房間清潔存在死角，布草及衞浴設施有明顯污漬，建議全面升級清潔標準及硬件配置。
總體而言，酒店在服務意識和地理位置上具備優勢，但在衞生管理、設施維護及客訴處理效率方面亟待改進，期待能看到實質提升。

酒店設施有點老，管理觀念也沒完全跟上。房間就放兩瓶免費的水。到前台取多點，説衹能服務員送到房間。房間到有不少收費物品，有些也不清楚是否收費的。不過房價到是很實惠，早餐也不差。

酒店很大，設施陳舊，需要重新裝修了，浴缸都破了，有反潮味道，早餐還行，按照這個標準價位就有點高了，設定在150左右，評價會好點

用57600 積分兌了兩間房，免費住，有冰箱，早餐豐富仃車埸，浴缸（水不夠熱）面積大，性格比高，市中心，附近有足浴店，去老人院牛灣黃河大峽谷只係一小時

非常不好的一次入住體驗。開了冷風空調結果被熱醒，室內温度高達31º，早上打電話給前台想請工人來看看，結果被告知這幾天就是出的暖風，顯示冷風也是出暖風！我暈！中午發現停水停電了！洗不了澡，從16樓拉着行李走下來！據説是發電機壞了！設備老化吧。。。
另外，四星級酒店居然沒有配備健身房，游泳館是外部承包的，也是醉了
