酒店提供接送高鐵的服務非常方便，和提供接送機的不一樣，提供接送機的服務，一般都是湊夠的人才發得等，但是這個非常好，就是專人專車，這個我非常滿意，並且服務很到位，但是有一點點小問題就是隔音有點差，並且因為這個連鎖酒店大家認可比較多，所以有一些中年男子顧客在別人屋門口大喊大叫，且一直在樓道抽煙，有一些嗆人

看得出每個服務人員都很努力的做好服務。我要了卷衞生紙，服務人員送到後主動問還需要啥，不錯。但衹是加盟店，是普通維也納不是維也納國際，檔次比維也納國際低，配發的袋茶都低一個檔次。尤其是衞生紙，我發現2卷都特小，就懷疑別人用過的，覺得噁心，就又要了一卷，結果更慘：是帶着包裝的，就這麼小，且包裝上三無：品牌，級別，生產日期都沒有，更覺得不乾淨了。
