酒店服務很差，送的房間的礦泉水有一瓶打開過！喊前台再送點水到房間，一直不送！最後親自去一樓前台找服務員拿才送的，早餐那真是差到極點，食材品種少，就是有還是冷的！不建議入住！

服務：去哪裡基本服務都是基礎的 但這家酒店有點點特殊
沒有經過客户同意 進房間打掃 我到前台理論 有個帶眼睛的 倚老賣老 不沾理 偏要強詞奪理 你説這人怎麼培訓的 我不懷疑其他工作人員 但非常懷疑這位啊姨的職業培訓 她説酒店她們酒店規矩就是這樣 那麼請問 她的規矩可以不在乎法律嘛？

朋友自駕經過湖北、陝西去甘肅，我替他們訂了兩間房，他們還比較滿意，酒店停車還算比較方便，早餐也還不錯，服務也規範熱情。
