酒店有一個比較大而且很安靜的院子，一棟住宿樓一棟商務樓。設備設施比較陳舊，不過服務很不錯，服務員送來了一些零食，早餐比較清淡，前台小姐姐的微笑我很滿意，如果有機會我還會再來！

園林式的酒店，房間走廊都很寬大。停車方便，隔壁就是市政府，有個門可以進去逛裏面的大湖。這個性價比超高。

房間乾淨，整潔，休息安靜，無干擾，周邊超市眾多，小吃巷子裏步行幾分鐘就到，炎帝廣場步行10分鐘以內，湘江濱江旅遊觀光帶10分鐘走到，生活方便，環境幽雅。
賓館裝修風格舊一點。無傷大雅。已在這裏住了兩次。選擇天台，不錯。

設施：老賓館，新裝修的，還可以吧。電視畫面雪花大。停車場很大，停車很方便
衞生：還可以。。
環境：周邊吃飯的地方少。
服務：服務員態度很好。但是沒有自助早餐！沒有自助早餐！是送餐到房間的早餐。沒有享用。
