衞生很臟，馬桶沒擦乾淨 淋浴間牆壁上很臟很臟 明顯的污垢沒有擦洗過 圖片還是洗澡之後晚上用水沖了很久沒有剛入住那麼臟第二天早上拍的，本來不想給差評！早上被貴酒店的服務氣到了！！入住當晚給前台打電話説有沒有洗衣服務 被告知阿姨沒時間第二天白天來幫我拿衣服，結果白天打電話服務員態度很冷淡説:沒有收送服務 你自己拿去27樓洗吧，我説不是有洗衣服務嗎？洗衣 服務！什麼服務？什麼態度…真的無語，然後我説那昨天前台説白天幫我來取過去洗啊？小姐姐回答 哦，那你等着吧。請問貴公司酒店不做培訓的嗎？服務業 好歹也是星級酒店 這種態度，佩服。
