I stayed in this Hotel a couple of times. Indeed a good Hotel but I think that the staff (or at least one of them) should speak English for overseas customers. It is true that with mobile phones everything is possible, but sometimes direct contact is better. Also, I suggest Ctrip have better deals for online booking. I had an unpleasant discussion (finally solved with the help of a very kind guy from Ctrip Customers' Service) due to the booking policy by Hampton. However, the Hotel is highly recommended.

Go to Zibo to taste Zibo barbecue. I chose the Huanpeng in the new district. Huanpeng is still as satisfying as ever. From the layout of the hotel to the temperature of the room. The hotel's gym and laundry room are still good and satisfactory. The only thing that feels bad is that the holiday hotel is full of rooms, the early morning restaurant is full of people, there is no seat for breakfast, and eating breakfast feels like fighting. After waiting for a long time, I had a seat to sit down and found that there was nothing to eat. Everything else is fine. When checking out, the front desk manager also presented two boxes of Zibo wok cakes, local characteristics, taste very good, not bad, like 👍

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was comfortable to return to the hotel after a day of playing. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. We drove through Zibo and found this hotel. There is a parking lot outside. We arrived late and there were parking spaces. The room is quite large. I liked the size of the room when I booked it. This hotel should be regarded as a better hotel in Zibo Zhoucun District. During the stay, I caught up with two wedding banquets. It should be a local hotel with more rows. It is about 900 meters away from Zhoucun Ancient Mall. If you walk for 15 minutes, you will pass by. There are barbecues and supermarkets around. It is facing the street but not noisy.
