Good location, good service, but unfortunately there was an issue during my stay with the hotel water. After reporting it to the hotel staff, it was quickly seen to though. Apart from the cold morning shower, my stay was good. Hotel buffet is well stocked with several Eastern and Western dishes.

Zhoucun Zhiweizhai Hotel is ancient and quaint. The atrium garden design is inconspicuous. It has a good appearance but no substance. It is a place where Internet celebrities can check in and take photos. The restaurant is worthy of praise. The quality of the dishes is well-deserved. It is the best Shandong cuisine in Zhoucun😁 Two people only ordered three dishes and three kinds of staple food. The flavored eggplant is so delicious that it is impossible to make it at home. The crispy tofu meatballs are worthy of their name. Diabetics can also use meatballs as a staple food. The amount is as large as fifteen ping-pong balls. It's not the most luxurious, but the humanistic care is absolutely top-notch! The service staff around me will answer any questions, and they are very clear! We have been foggy for the past two days, and we didn't see the good scenery, but we always felt the beauty of people... When entering the room for cleaning, they will ask... The hotel has been in existence for more than ten years, and there are countless people who stay or eat. Although the service and hygiene are not bad, it is the most important thing that the details should be better as a 5⭐ level hotel (the glue on the toilet for a week has fallen off).

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

My first stay at a Hampton again, since 19 years ago, when I stayed at the Hampton in Manhattan, New York City, New York. Staying at the Hampton in Zibo, Shandong was truly a most pleasant experience. Upon entering the foyer, we were well received by all staff present. We were politely greeted in English, and Ailsa assisted us with a prompt check in process. The facilities are well kept, and the Hotel is as good as new. Infact, it's one of the newest Hotels in Zibo, and everything is in immaculate order. We booked and stayed in one of the suites, and found the suite to be fairly spacious and well equipped. The bed is extremly comfortable, from the mattress itself, to the bedding. Breakfast at the ”Hampton Restaurant” was excellent, as they have a huge variety of tasty dishes available. There are”Friendly staff” at the restaurant, and the facilities are immaculate. General Suggestions: I would suggest that the Hampton, provide additional drinking water. As they provided 2x bottles per room, per day, whereas the other hotels generally provide, at least 4x bottles per room, per day. Furthermore, I would suggest that the Hampton provide at least 2x rolls of toilet paper per day, as currently, only 1x roll is provided, per day (neighbouring hotels provide 2x rolls of toilet paper per day). (I doubt that there would be a significant cost implication in this regard). Note: There is a vending machine downstairs, which is convenient, should you require drinks or snacks. Other than these suggestions, we found the overall experience to be most pleasant. The checkout process was prompt and the staff at the front desk, were friendly and efficient. We can recommend the Hampton Hotel in Zibo, to all travellers, foreign, and domestic.

It is one of the must-choose hotels for a family of 4. Overall, it is very good. There is an underground parking lot when it snows, but it is charged. It is not expensive and very reasonable. The above-ground parking lot is free. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. There is no room for check-in in the middle of the night. Take photos in time, worth staying, recommended

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was comfortable to return to the hotel after a day of playing. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. I especially liked it.
