The hotel is quite satisfactory, not too amazing and not obviously insufficient. I booked two rooms and arranged next door, and the stay was very comfortable. The hotel is not new but clean, the front desk, rooms, restaurant services are very good; Independent compound, with its own parking lot, convenient to drive out, very suitable for self-driving, quiet surroundings, good rest; Smart rooms, equipped with refrigerators, but the lack of cloak mirrors and makeup mirrors is a bit inconvenient, the basin is small and almost not hot water, the shower is very good, the water flow is sufficient and the water temperature is stable. There are not many breakfast styles, and there is insufficient supply when there are too many people to eat. There are often no meals. The eldest sister who cooks is very enthusiastic. There are gifts for check-out, and the little sister is very enthusiastic and actively provides bottled water for going out (we drive by ourselves, the car has enough water, and declined). Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

We drove through Zibo and found this hotel. There is a parking lot outside. We arrived late and there were parking spaces. The room is quite large. I liked the size of the room when I booked it. I want to give 0 points for the facilities, but the lowest score is 1 point. The reasons are: 1. The air conditioning has a very poor heating effect. It was set to 32 degrees and it was only 24 degrees overnight. I don’t know where the cool air is leaking in the room. I checked the windows again and again to confirm that they were closed. I was so cold that I slept with my head covered at night. 2. The air conditioner made noise in the early morning, which was similar to the sound of a pair of scissors shaking quickly on the table. I could hear it with earplugs. I turned off the air conditioner for an hour and then turned it on again, and there was no sound. 3. The water temperature was too low when I got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to take a shower. It didn't get hot after running the water for three to five minutes. 4. The shell of the TV remote control was used for too long and was too dirty. It felt dirty to the touch. These are the hotel's own problems and have nothing to do with any service staff. The front desk service is very good and the attitude is very friendly. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic and feels like a family. The facilities should really be checked! I was freezing to death when I slept at night and freezing to death when I took a shower in the morning!
