在暑假末期人少的時候來看大壩，景區人不是很多，主要是天氣很涼快，選了個離大壩比較近的酒店，超預期，酒店停車場很大，前台的小姐姐們服務也很好，還給我們升級了房型，在房間就可以看到高峽平湖的景色，很不錯👍

房間馬桶蓋內竟然有尿漬！！！有尿漬！！！可想而知，這個酒店的衞生狀況有多惡劣！！！酒店管理極差！！！與五星標註嚴重不符！！！踩大雷酒店！！！！

攜家人入住號稱秭歸最好的酒店，臨江的視野不錯，遠眺能看到大壩前面，但是酒店的設施實在無語，浴缸的水放出來都是黃色的。晚上11點等修理師傅很長時間一直無法洗浴，師傅上門説是管路老問題，也沒辦法，説放水十幾分鍾就可以了。最後放了半個多小時也還是黃色的，沒辦法，晚上實在太累湊合洗一下算了。
酒店知道是管道老問題卻一直沒有解決，不知什麼原因，對入住的客人也沒有主動告知和補償措施，可能也不愁客人入住。離星級酒店各方面還有差距，雖然價格九百多一晚不低，希望儘早完善。做為家鄉人，也希望西江能成為秭歸一張拿得出手的服務名片！

人生地不熟，搜三峽推薦的這個酒店，然後到了宜昌才知道要遠離市區65公里，酒店屬於三峽大壩景區附近，但是也要20多公里。環境給我的感覺就是很荒涼，設施很差，洗衣房居然是一台波輪洗衣機加一根晾衣繩😂房間衞生也很差，毛巾上還有頭髮，背子潮乎乎。總之，入住體驗很不舒服。唯一可以表揚的可能就是服務態度，是有求必應
