是河源方圓月島首府二樓的唯一樣板房，是方圓設計師們設計的精品。4房2大廳二廁，水晶燈光亮照人精神換髮，頂級傢俱布草配件齊全，超大前陽台及後陽台，前後陽台為斷橋頂級門窗，4層隔音隔熱隔塵防水防風，陽台前後花園亭閣鳥語花香，另還有千多平方的露台花園菜地，露台前面一覽東江美麗的兩岸風景，江邊可釣魚尋樂，門前有政府免費的各種運動場及瞭闊的打卡花園，是超級人居首府聖地強烈推薦大家體驗，非常難得。

位於河源方圓月島首府地下120商鋪，為複式單位二層，第一層迎賓大廳，配置有大型廚房，飯台，茶台，麻將娛樂台，及高級廁所。從豪華樓梯上去二樓配置有灑吧休閑和觀景陽台看風景，設有3張豪華大床休息充電養生，配備衞生間，房型南北有大窗空氣暢通，精心設計、人體工學、花樣得體，紅紅燈蘢高高掛，家庭別墅體驗獨一格。

民宿服務非常好，入住很方便使用密碼鎖阿姨很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，房間很大，衞生特別好，很方便，人也很熱情，阿姨也很禮貌，房間特別乾淨，衞生間也很好，熱水很給力，每個房間都有消毒，床單很乾凈，杯子很很乾凈，我很喜歡這個裝修風格房間。床很舒服，酒店設施也很完美。
