新江東精品酒店在古竹是不錯的酒店，環境衞生都可以，價格適中，前台服務態度很好。每次過來都住這裏，值得推薦。

沒有提前告知熱水系統壞的問題，因為第二天要一早起床去爬山，搞得兩個朋友硬着頭皮在冬天洗了冷水澡，後面我打電話去前台才告知要12點才來熱水的事情，應當提前在入住時就告知，當場就會退訂走人了。所謂的補償就是本身購買時就有的40塊錢早餐券，沒有任何解決方案。

第一次在東江精品酒店訂的大床房，到了酒店拿了卡上去那房間小，除了床轉腳的位置都沒有，又重新換房，換了一間比較大一點的房間，網上訂164元一晚單床房，服務員故意給的小特價房。
