Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundliches Personal in dem wir uns vor Weihnachten wunderbar entspannt haben. Vor allem die Hauseigene Sauna und die Bernsteintherme tragen dazu bei, sowie die ruhige Atmosphäre tragen dazu bei. Hier kann man auch sehr sehr lecker zu mit einem 3 Gängemenu zu Abend essen.

Sehr schönes mittelgroßes Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade. Geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Ideal für Halbpension. Strand mit Strandkörben direkt gegenüber. Auch ideal für Fahrradtouren über die Insel. Fahrradverleih am Ort. Hotelparkplatz.

Ehemalies Travel-Charme-Hotel in direkter Strandlage, direkt an der Seebrücke. Toller Service und nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Rezeption war überwiegend mit asiatischen Auszubildenden besetzt. Sie haben sich sehr bemüht und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Es wurde ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet geboten. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Wellnessbereich mit verschiedenen Saunen. Hier sieht man jedoch den Renovierungsstau. Diesen sieht man auch langsam an der Außenfassade und den Fluren und Zimmern.

Der Empfang in Hotel war sehr freundlich, der Mitarbeiter sprach leider ziemlich schlecht deutsch, aber er war sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Betten bequem und gemütlich, die Temperatur war gut regulierbar. Zum Abendessen kann ich nichts sagen, wir haben im Ort gegessen. Das Frühstück war am ersten Morgen nicht gut. Die Platten waren größtenteils leer und wurden auch leider erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Es war 8.30 Uhr-bis 10.30 Uhr wurde Frühstück angeboten, von daher ein No Go! Am ersten Morgen wurde weder die Zimmernummer erfragt noch der Wunsch nach einer Eierspeise erfragt-umso erstaunter waren wir an zweiten Morgen wo alles gut gefüllt war und der Kellner uns gefragt hat ob wir einen Wunsch hätten und er fragte auch nach der Zimmernummer. Am 3.Morgen war alles wieder auf Anfang 😅 Schade, eine Konstante wäre wichtig und richtig!

Das erste Mal auf Usedom,ein toller Urlaub,näher zur Ostsee und zum Strand ging schon garnicht,jeden Tag ein tolles Essen und gute Auswahl,netter Service und immer ein nettes Wort,wir haben es einfach genossen und werden wieder kommen.
