Shopping, strolling to the beach, cafes, restaurants and cinema are within easy walking distance and so you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer on the terrace in the evening sun. In our apartment on the ground floor with terrace you are guaranteed to feel well. It has 2 rooms, shower room and is ideal for 2 + 1 persons. It is senior-friendly, family-friendly and barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available. The apartment has a parking space on the barred off with yard area, a shared bicycle storage and a laundry room with laundromat and dryer in the basement. Your home port is available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm (until 4.00 pm) and on the day of departure until 10.00 am.
Bed linen and towels can be rented. Tolle Ferienwohnung

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten zwar kein WLAN und der Reinigungstrupp müsste vielleicht besser kontrolliert werden damit unser Vierbeiner nicht die Kekse vom Vorbesucher unter den Möbeln hervor holen kann, aber ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden. Die

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig.
Leider waren angebrochene Packungen von Lebensmitteln (u. a. Datteln) in den Schränken. Die Terrasse hätte vorher gefegt werden können. Es lagen Zigarettenkippen herum. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön.

Superschöne ruhige Wohnung
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr sehr gut mitten im Zentrum von Zinnowitz und nicht weit bis zur Seebrücke und Strand.
Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Edeka und ein Bäcker👍
Und der Hausverwalter Herr Krebs (Uli 🍺)
Ist sehr nett und hat eine coole Art die begeistert.
Also alles im allen super Tage in Zinnowitz verbracht

Zinnowitz Heimathafen
Die Unterkunft ist mit Hund perfekt, da es eine großzügige Terrasse gibt und direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ein Park ist. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen und keine Spülmaschine auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Die Lage zur City und zum Strand ist perfekt. Der Edeka direkt nebenan erleichtert das einkaufen enormman braucht praktisch kein Auto mehr wenn man einmal angekommen ist

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft für 2 Personen
An sich eine gute Wohnung und für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Im Keller sind Waschmaschine und Trockner für alle Parteien vorhanden. ABER: Legt denn keiner mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit?! Auf den ersten Blick ist es sauber, auf den Zweiten leider nicht. Flecken an den meisten Wänden und den Decken, Sprinkelflecken an den weißen Vorhängen und im Bad sind auch einige offensichtliche Problemzonen, dafür ist die Lage echt spitze! Was in der heutigen Zeit auch echt überhaupt nicht geht, ist wenn das Wlan nicht funktioniert. Ich habe extra nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, die das anbietet. Balkonfliegengittertür wäre schön und ein funktionierender Lüfter im Bad wäre auch vorteilhaft gewesen.
