Where do I start. We turned up for check in, only to be told there is no booking for us. Reception staff were totally clueless, luckily I had an email confirming my booking. Eventually they found our booking. Then we are allocated a room. We went upstairs to our allocated room, to our horror the key opened the door only to find another couple in the room. Shocking was an understatement. Not even an apology from the hotel, Eventually they allocated a different room. But from start to finish poor service.
