大冬天被子很薄，沒有熱水，早晚都是用的冷水洗漱，最基本的東西都沒做好，十分不推薦！

出去吃了個晚飯，回來發現我的房間裏有另外一個租客？且同時我的隨身物品還在房間裏面，前台服務員態度還很強硬，後門果斷撥打了12315維權，市場監督來了也沒有得到妥善處理解決，敢問這樣的酒店你們還敢去住？
