房間乾淨整潔——打開房門便能聞到淡淡的香味；大廳、卧室（被單整潔無異味）、洗手間（坐、蹲廁兼備；貼心地標註熱水器有防暈機制）乾淨且衞生；廚具齊全。整體感覺像是回到了千禧年後的温馨小家。
房東待客熱情且考慮周到——不僅貼心地引導我們入住，還向我們推薦附近的餐館。
雖然座落在比較舊的單元樓，但房東温暖舒適的房間讓拮据的旅人找到落腳之處，驅散旅途的疲憊，感受到家的温暖。

窗户關不上，縫隙漏風，阿姨很晚還過來幫關，很好，還推薦我們吃了樓下的石鍋魚，很好吃，還沒刺，小朋友也可以吃，屋內還有一個坐便一個蹲便，可供選擇，小區整體還可以，停車也是免費的，就直接停地下車庫就行。
