房間很乾凈，設施齊全，打開窗户就能看到東江湖，真的很美
老闆很幽默風趣，也給介紹了當地的一些優惠和美食

很失望，住的426一晚的民宿，但是條件感覺一般，半夜10點多洗完澡發現房間開始返下水道的臭水，整個房間一個牀頭櫃衹有一個插座，陽台外面的躺椅也很臟很破，可能湖邊條件好導致房間裏蚊子很多，第二天早晨還有大黃蜂在房間飛，唯一的賣點就是窗外的湖景，但是離這個店100米左右的華美達酒店一晚的湖景房也就580塊，還贈送早餐，有配套洗衣房烘乾機，健身房，游泳池。住酒店比民宿划算多了，整體配套的設施齊全多了。

服務：非節假日過來，景點人不多，老闆熱情好客，各樣服務比較周至，非常滿意。環境：室內乾淨為生，落地窗可以看到大片湖景，悠然坐在窗前，甚是愜意。周邊：到白廊碼頭很近，走路或者踩單車都可以，綜合來説性價比很高。

有一説一，店長按照與渠道承諾的升級房間還是實現了，30號晚上的前台小姐姐也很熱情，及時溝通，人美心善，讓我們入住的第一印象很好。因為我們入住當天房間入住率比較低，還算比較安靜。早餐口味不錯。但是第二天早上的前台黃髮胖姑娘就很冷漠，問啥都是一句回覆就低頭刷**，問租自行車也是讓我們到隔壁問。最離譜的是28塊錢的咖啡竟然是即溶咖啡粉沖的，粉都沒泡勻（飄着白渣）問就是這條街我們算便宜的了，這裏都這樣價……再問就是“我就是個打工的”民宿整體看起來不錯，但細節經不起查看。白廊還可以，某些人事不行。對比前一晚住的莽山森林温泉酒店，白廊的價格和管理基本不成正比。主要就是28塊一杯雀巢速溶豐富了我們的想象力）

位置挺好 湖景房 頂樓的露台很舒服哦 但是床墊太軟了。房間不太通風。廁所和洗手間都很小

優勢：正對着東江湖，湖景還是不錯，前台小姐姐態度也很好。
劣勢：房間很舊，衞生環境差，公共區域連蛛網也有，飛蟲蚊子多

民宿的平台景色的確不錯，服務很積極，回覆很及時，隔音一般般，如果遇上那種晚上11點多還在走廊跑來跑去的小孩子，就……但店家也會積極處理我們提出的問題，也算可以的。

五樓的露台還有湖邊的花海都超級適合拍照打卡，老闆那還有隱藏的圍爐煮茶茶具，建議晚上用邊看電影邊喝茶，早上起床馬路對面下去就是湖邊夏天都是一大片一大片的花超級適合拍照，店裡做飯的廚師阿姨做飯也好好吃。小狗也很可愛。店長也很好看見我們兩個女孩子還幫我們提行李上去。
