就在小東江景區附近走路2分鐘就到了，吃飯點外賣附近都有，老闆娘和小妹妹都好熱情，最主要的是房間真的乾淨！！進去一開門就感覺很整潔，閉眼沖！！！真的推薦❗️

臨時決定住的這家沒有踩坑哦，距離小東江景區好近走路就可以到。房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，因為是新開業的所有房間裏的用具都會比較新，最重要的是他們的房間根本不用擔心味道的問題。房間有新風系統，老闆用的材質也是比較好的。臨走老闆娘還很熱情地給我們送來幾個當地的橘子很好吃😋這家強烈推薦，完全不踩坑

這次來郴州看小東江，來之前搜了很多民宿發現這一家是2025年開業，從店家發佈的圖片來看，還是比較新的，且定價也是相對合理、性價比高的。看網友評論，也是比較近景區的，所以就定了這間民宿。
我之前對民宿還是有一些濾鏡的。入住後，現場的環境、衞生比看的圖片都好太多了，感覺好像酒店。民宿老闆、店員都很熱情，還加了提前加了微信告知了很多事項，那天入住比較晚還沒吃晚餐，還幫忙推薦了一些吃飯的地方。有需要買景點門票的，也可以找老闆代購。唯一需要完善的地方就是我們這個房間的空調吹風口對着床，哪怕開最小還是會吹到頭。民宿老闆也有提前告知我們這個情況，他們後續也會盡快加個擋風板了。
這裏的交通還算是比較方便的，沒有我想象中那麼偏僻。附近也好叫外賣，周邊走路10分鐘也有一些快餐店。第二天一早走去景點檢票口也就10分鐘，附近很多早餐店早早就在擺攤了，所以不用太擔心吃早餐的問題。
整體入住感受非常好，下次再來還想住這裏。😊

親子出行定對了酒店，上下兩層設計可以完全住下四個人，不得不説民宿的服務好贊，不僅提前一天聯繫我問到店時間，得知我們一晚上沒休息，還提前收拾了房間讓我們入住，還送了水果，小姐姐好貼心，民宿是新開的，很有設計感，裝修得很漂亮而且很乾凈，用的東西都很高檔，本來以為景區附近肯定沒有好的民宿，這家真的給到了驚喜，走去景區衹需要幾分鐘，太方便了👍

本來圖民宿就在小東江門口（出小區右拐立馬到，走路溜達2分鐘），住一晚方便早起看東江霧景。誰知道民宿新開，乾淨衞生，配套完善，店家姐姐們一流周到貼心！於是乎，老媽拍板再住一晚！景點遊玩回來還能叫外賣（小院柴房，外賣和現場都好吃！老廣不騙老廣，爹媽不能吃辣的按頭推薦！）吃吃，洗洗睡個午覺起來才出去玩！要不是牛馬週一要上班，意猶未盡的老媽還想繼續住第三晚！
本次親子游，最成功的就是訂了這家民宿，爹媽表示很滿意，本牛馬也就開心了。

距離景區非常近，周圍吃的也很多，交通便利
設施：設施非常齊全，智能化家居，很高級
衞生：房間設計非常很高級，衞生乾淨整潔，個人感覺有五星級的水準

衞生環境:可以説是9成新了 衞生打掃的一塵不染hahha不是誇張是真的，看平台説是24年開業的也是很新了。
線路:民宿離小東江很近，步行大概三四分鐘就到了，很適合第二天看漁夫撒網看霧。打車也很方便很快有人接單。周邊也蠻多外賣和吃的，殺豬粉外賣可以試一下份量很多還送了一個窩蛋。早餐景區門口有個婆婆賣小籠包，玉米雞蛋類的早點，價格方面也很合理不會很貴。
工作人員小姐姐很熱情款待，和我們分享了一下當地種的橘子🍊，hahah很好吃第二天也拿了。有機會再來一次這個民宿住一下的
