剛到的時候的確比門前那排舊樓嚇到了，但進去之後孩子很喜歡這個房間。衹不過比圖片看到的要小一點，但不妨礙孩子的喜歡。房東挺熱情的，從門票到吃的喝的都有温馨提示。房間的用品大多一次性，旅行或出差的人會很喜歡這點的。我會推薦給有需要的朋友的。

孩子很喜歡 loft 型的複式樓公寓，上下兩層更有感覺，所以早早就訂下來。一樓是小客廳和衞生間，二樓是兩張床。現代風格裝修很新，日用的東西很齊備，有啥忘帶了也沒關係，都是一次性的。老闆娘也很熱情，來之前早早開好空調。每回回來就是冰西瓜和桃子，走的時候還送了東江魚。有洗衣機可以用還能幫忙晾曬衣服，每天也會詢問是否需要打掃衞生。離水電路和東江大道上的網紅餐飲店都近，到東江湖景區開車 也衹要 幾分鐘。老闆娘也能幫忙買票，團體票***要便宜一點。位置沒在主幹道上，較安靜，一家人都意滿離。

很喜歡的民宿，很喜歡的老闆娘，很親和，一來到民宿就有鷹嘴桃（如果沒記錯名字）還有西瓜，饞了幾個還抓了一盤放到房間裏了。共有三間不同風格房間，都是複式loft，很有風格，裝修也看出有所設計。正如之前的房客評論，細緻之處都非常贊，所有的用品都是一次性獨立包裝，包括拖鞋都是消毒好的放心穿。老闆娘是一位很細緻的人
特別喜歡樓上那個小空間，很有包裹感💘（因為衹住一個晚上，逛完景區回來太累啦都沒在民宿裏好好拍照，下次再來!）郴州下次見，棲宿下次見🥳

距離景區不遠，交通方便，開車4-5分鐘左右。
老闆很細心很貼心，知道我們喜歡吃桃子臨走還送了一袋給我們。房間佈局什麼的比較適合小年輕
