此次入住體驗可以説是平平無奇，房間的隔音效果並不理想，導致休息時受到一定干擾。此外，服務態度也未能達到預期水平，缺乏熱情與周到。設施方面尚可，但整體而言，酒店的細節處仍有待提升。

這是我住過的服務最差的酒店，一進房間發現被子有污漬，兩個枕套有異味，叫服務員上來幫忙更換，結果服務員一上來很不服氣的説：有污漬是正常的，這是洗不乾淨的，有異味是正常的，又不是新的枕頭，還在那裡一直跟我爭論不休，服務態度非常惡劣，讓前台找了客房的管事，但客房管事下去之後一句話也沒説，而且看到服務員在前台一直爭論不休也沒有制止，就這樣隨着他在前台一直爭來爭去的，讓人真的很無語……真是花錢來買氣受！希望想來住這家酒店的人不要對酒店的服務抱太大希望，因為如果遇到什麼事情，他能把你氣到半死

剛踏入酒店，就被那寬敞明亮的大堂吸引，裝修簡約大氣又不失温馨，恰到好處的燈光營造出舒適的氛圍。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。
客房更是無可挑剔。房間乾淨整潔，佈置合理，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去就像被雲朵包裹，一晚上都睡得超香。智能設備一應俱全，用手機就能輕鬆控制燈光、窗簾和空調，超有科技感。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質上乘，細節之處盡顯用心。
酒店的餐飲也十分出色。早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，熱乎的現磨咖啡搭配鬆軟的麪包，開啟活力滿滿的一天。中餐廳菜品色香味俱全，食材新鮮，烹飪入味，每一口都是享受。

國慶期間臨時定的房間，漲價好多呀，前台開始給的麻將房，煙味重，床品泛黃，電視也是壞的，還好一個態度很好的小哥幫忙換了普通房間，好很多，還推薦了附近一家湘菜，砍肉粉，價廉物美。

我以為資興這個地方兩百多一晚酒店就算普通也不會差到哪去，因為是給長輩定的，自然希望環境好一些，結果樓道一股子煙味就算了，房間小的可憐，行動都不太方便，房間裏也是一股黴味，冬天也不知為什麼黴味那麼大，建議多花一點錢去定好的吧，完全不值

先不説進去一大股煙味 衞生間很臟 隔音很差 晚上睡覺的時候一點多有人敲門 差點沒嚇死了 兩個女生一起住 給前台打電話也沒給什麼解決方案 第二天考試一整晚沒怎麼睡
