一家新開的民宿，先説大問題∶
1. 半夜斷電∶一月份帶爸媽去的，天氣很冷，特別是這家店在偏僻的山上，冷的要死，結果半夜斷電！被子又薄，本來就靠暖氣支撐，停電以後，媽媽半夜被冷醒！第二天早上起來，房間沒電沒暖氣，冷到哈氣都起霧。打電話給前台，就説對不起電錶燒了等電工來修，沒有任何補救措施，起碼多拿幾牀被子或者給兩個暖水袋吧？我去前台一看，人家員工在那裡烤火，暖和得很…
2. 熱水不足洗不了澡∶玩了一天，晚上到民宿，期待洗個熱水澡緩解一下疲勞，結果洗澡水開到最熱也不熱，根本洗不了，得了，冷冰冰睡覺吧。
以上兩個大問題，老闆處理方式就是貼個道歉信，反正我道歉了，你還想我怎麼樣。
關於售後∶我早上被冷醒，非常生氣找到前台，前台員工滿口承諾給我退錢，但是説老闆出門啦回來微信轉給你，我説我現在就要走，為什麼不能現在退，員工説，我們老闆出門買東西啦，説退肯定會退的，您放心離開啦。我不想多囉嗦就走了，走了以後就沒音了，早上八點多到下午接近六點，發消息也不回覆，挺會忽悠的。但凡老闆當場硬氣點説我就不能給你處理，而不是忽悠顧客退錢，我都不會這麼生氣，幸虧攜程訂的還能如實寫個評價，要是私下訂的衹能自認倒黴了。
還有諸多小問題∶
1. 路途遙遠∶從山下開了四十分鐘盤山路才到，一路上非常多民宿，衹能安慰自己選的這家最大環境最好，結果…
2. 馬桶堵塞∶入住當晚馬桶堵了，第二天早上起來衹能上公廁，這民宿住的不能洗澡，不能上廁所，真憋屈。
3. 廁所玻璃門有縫∶廁所門居然有很大的縫而且沒有鎖，路過還能欣賞人在裏面上廁所和洗澡，很浪漫。
4. 廁所和浴室是用磨砂玻璃隔出來的，我定這個房型浴室就在電視後面，大家能一邊看電視一邊欣賞浴室裏人在洗澡的模糊身影。

這裏的空氣很好，門前有自然的小溪，小朋友超級喜歡，房間的衞生也乾淨，老闆一家人都挺熱情，地下停車場有唱歌的地方，有打桌球的，吃飯的，下次還來。

停車方便，酒店自己做的農家菜分量足，味道好，老闆服務態度極好，可以接送，酒店旁邊就是一條小溪，順路上去就是免費的幾個小瀑布，夏天可以去朔溪游泳，酒店衞生很好.
