房間設施佈置和地理位置還可以。
衞生做的不夠仔細，洗漱台的縫隙，有很多污漬沒擦，馬桶裏麪也有污漬沒刷乾淨。
地板上有很多煙頭燙過的痕跡，床單被子有一股煙味。
窗户縫和玻璃沒擦，有很多灰塵。
沒有一次性拖鞋。
總體可以打個四分。

房間住起來很舒服，沒有其他民宿那種刺鼻消毒水味，設施方面也是滿滿的細節，空調地暖配有加濕器，泡池配有浴鹽蠟燭，窗台櫃也準備了幾本書供閲讀，屋內的原木風和秋天也很搭。

房間設施還不錯 但是與23年底相比毛巾無單獨包裝 （圖一）發現酒店無一次性拖鞋時 問阿姨要一次性拖鞋時有點不耐煩 床上布草有破損 浴室洗手盆沒有擦乾淨 查房時應該發現的問題也沒有發現 晚上發現麻將機有問題時打電話給前台 來房間查看的客房部工作人員沒有敲門程序 培訓不到位 兩個人在房間裏 在我提出如果麻將機要是有問題就換房的問題沒有做回答 最後雖然是搞好了但是若需要調試可以説稍等一下 不可以就換房 什麼都不説是什麼意思 服務態度差 早上七點在我休息期間莫名其妙有個電話打到房間裏 也沒有説明是客房的工作人員 還是其他 直接就是質問的語氣 你們是不是抽煙了？請問酒店內工作人員怎麼能知道我是否在房間裏抽煙 早上七點本是休息時間 一個電話打來嚴重影響了我的休息 上一次入住對酒店挺滿意的 這一次我認為十分不滿意 無論是服務態度還是衞生都十分差勁👎

我是出差的，這是我住過體驗感最差的酒店！沒有之一，首先，第一天辦理入住，前台的大姐，那個臉臭的，跟別人欠了他二百萬一樣，我也沒説啥，辦理玩就上去了，萬萬沒想到啊，晚上九點多，有一個男的暴力拍門，要求我立刻開門，他是酒店保安她要查房，嚇我一跳，我一個女性，自然是很害怕，問對方，你是保安有什麼權利查房，對方態度很差，不停的用力拍門，説他就是有權利查房要我立刻開門，我説衹有派出所有權利查房，對方不依不饒，我驚恐一下趕緊報警，警察來了，説那個人確實是酒店保安，怕我辦理入住是一個人，後面又來人住，這個理由非標蹩腳，但我獨自出差在外我也沒有計較了，至始至終酒店沒有一個説法，也沒有一句道歉，更離譜的來了，第二天我去退房，跟前台溝通這個事，前台那個大姐態度非常惡劣説，你不要跟我講，不是我上班，不管我的事！
我已經無語了，不想繼續跟這種黑點掰扯，趕緊退房住到對面駿怡酒店了，那邊還可以。
