一、整個住宿體驗，總體滿意，早餐豐富，小童洗漱用品，拖鞋題供。 二、房間對停車場這麪較好，對另一面的話，矮樓層會有遮擋。 三、本次兩大兩小家庭出行，本來想定雙床，平台顯示沒有了，故訂的大床。 晚上入住時，聽説有雙床，但也未上系統，顧客提出想加錢升級，前台不同意，告知要退原訂單（已過退款時間），再重新在前台定（貴100塊）。 晚上十點多，有雙床空的情況下，看顧客四個人住大床不方便，並不積極主動協調和服務。
