The front desk service is poor. I waited in line for two tourists in front of me to check in for 20 to 30 minutes. In the middle of the line, another person came to check in. The front desk service directly bypassed me and asked to check in for him, claiming that he arrived first. Fortunately, the latecomer was reasonable. There are only two or three people at the front desk, and they all made mistakes. When customers waited for a long time to check in, no one asked them to wait a moment. In the end, they handled the process in a way that easily caused conflicts with customers. It is very unqualified.
