Very nice hotel, nice breakfast, located little far from center, but nice walk, many restaurants nearby, also two wine shops. Unfortunately holel wine basement wasn't open.
Only doubt is expensive spa.. Kids have access just until 7pm, we arrived at 5pm soo for full price isn't worthy... But otherwise I recomend

The beds are very soft and comfortable got great sleep here. The bar is inexpensive. The local beer and aperol spritz will not break the bank. Expert bartenders. The prosecco is on tap! Huge wine selection here. Great female bar staff. Dining area is very beautiful.

Hotel, stay and wellness was great! The rooms (and hotel) are really nicely designed and were kept clean during the stay. Breakfast included, it was good selection, hot bevarages could be better, but still ok. Wellness was small, but still had what we like (sauna, pool, nice resting area).

Sjiek hotel en Mooie kamer, netjes en wisselen iedere dag handdoeken Lekker ontbijt, voor iedereen wat wils. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Is een mooi wellness centrum tegen betaling kun je hier gebruik van maken. Parkeren vragen ze ook een kleine bijdrage.

Das Hotel ist angenehm, wesentlich besser als man erwartet. Das Restaurant ist wirklich gut, die Küche ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Preise sind mittlerer Durchschnitt, die Wellnessanlage ist überschaubar und ausreichend. Manche Damen im Wellnessbereich sind etwas unfreundlich, aber einige sind wirklich sehr nett. Es waren 3 tolle Nächte, denn die Zimmer sind wirklich ordentlich und schön. Vor allem aber, war es ruhig im Haus, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gibt jedoch einen negativen Aspekt und der hindert uns, wieder in dieses Hotel zu fahren. Im Mai ( Nebensaision ) hatten wir ein tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis, es war nicht das günstigste Angebot in Znaim, aber es war gut. Jetzt allerdings wollten wir für Oktober wieder für 3 Nächte ins das Hotel Premium, da bot man uns, die selbe Leistung wie im Mai, um plus 140% Daher ganz sicher kein nächstes Mal. So führt man kein Hotel und vor allem, so bekommt man keine Stammgäste. Gruß von einem enttäuchten Gast

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Premium Hotel sehr genossen. Vom Check-In über Nachtessen, Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Check-Out war alles bestens. Wir haben uns auch eine zweistündige Paar-Massage gegönnt. Diese war leider nicht nur angenehm. Ich hatte am anderen Tag einige blaue Flecken am Rücken. Aber ich hätte vielleicht auch etwas sagen müssen. Vor allem habe ich mich aber daran gestört, dass hier im Badezimmer noch Plastikbecher und kleine einzeln verpackte Seifen (die nach jedem Gast weggeworfen werden) zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auf unserer ganzen Reise von gut zwei Wochen war dies der einzige Ort wo es so war. Alle anderen Hotels stellten ihren Gästen Gläser und nachfüllbare Flüssigseifen zur Verfügung. Das könnte - gerade in der heutigen Zeit - optimiert werden. Im grossen und ganzen war aber das Hotel sowie auch der Wellness- und Poolbereich sehr schön gestaltet und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
