Liked · We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations Disliked · Only very small complaints which didn't diminish our stay, but perhaps can suggest minor improvements. - The room was well heated, which was fine for me as the weather was cold. I understand it was central heating. However, it would be ideal if the room temperature can be adjusted. One of our group found the heat excessive - Bathroom of medium size and comfortable. Only issue was shower area which was very small. - My companions loved breakfast as they have a sweet tooth =) However, I prefer savoury items, and mostly only sweet items were available.. I suggest that maybe more savoury items are available.

Siamo approdati qui per esigenze logistiche e sinceramente non ci è piaciuto per niente. Molti i punti negativi e pochissimi i positivi. La gentilezza del personale non colma quelle lacune date dal declino del luogo. Camera obsoleta e vecchia ma nulla a confronto del bagno dove il phon era tenuto insieme dal nastro adesivo e la cabina doccia rotta. Rubinetti incrostati. Pseudo chiazze di umido sul soffitto e pavimento con macchie. Interruttori delle luci sporchi e prese non idonee. Cavi “aggiustati” ovunque. Insomma esperienza negativa. Colazione non commentabile.

La mia camera era nella depandace, quando arrivo in bagno trovo i tappi del bidet e del lavandino chiusi…. Brutto segno…. Puzza d fogna in bagno, rubinetti scrostati, ogni mattina formiche in bagno, piatto doccia scolorito.Il ristorante ( altra gestione) non male ma il menù serale è sempre lo stesso. No tornerò!!!

Gentilissima accoglienza - camera e bagno grandi e pulite - posto con grande parcheggio coperto- la colazione molto varia - Ristorante con cameriera gentilissima - soprattutto dormito nel silenzio assoluto- ci ritorneremo sicuramente -

Nulla da dire sul personale, accogliente, gentile ed accomodante, ma la struttura è da incubo. Aria condizionata non funzionante, bagno sporco, pavimenti della camera macchiati, sanitari vecchi, frigobar malfunzionamte. Comodo il parcheggio, ma per il resto no. Situato fuori da Narni in una zona industriale all'apparenza abbandonata.

3 stelle? Almeno due sono regalate. Il bagno totalmente da rifare come tutto l’edificio. Tutti i rubinetti ed il water perdono acqua. Finestra della camera che non si riesce ad aprire perché mai pulita e restaurate. Colazione di qualità molto scarsa.

Soggiorno nella dependance. Cattivo odore nel bagno, sanitari doccia con incrostazioni, solo due prese in camera ed anche lontano dal letto. Unica nota positiva la tranquillità del posto perché lontano dal centro abitato e posto nel verde con ampio parcheggio. Ci vorrebbe di un buon restayling
