I’ve moved to CH and lived at Gubelhod Suites for 3.5 mths. The reason I gave 5 stars is simple: SERVICE and LOCATION. I could count on the spetacular attendance from Johanna that has always reacted quickly to my doubts and requests. Besides, you are too close to train station, mall, supermarketS, restaurants and the LAKE. At last, the apartment was very functional, nice and the weekly cleaning makes a lot of difference.

Modern, clean, and functional room that exceeded our expectations. The central location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the station, making it very convenient. The owners are extremely polite and always happy to support with any requests or information. Their hospitality made our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

All round great experience. Friendly on the phone and helpful. Nice to get a last minute booking. Once at the apartment it was as seen in the pictures: stylish, cozy, warm, and made you feel at home. All the amenities were there and working. Will go back next time I am in Zug!

My husband and I arrived in Zug in October 2021 from the States and immediately moved into Gubelhof Suites. We planned on staying for 2-3 months, but we ended up staying nearly one full year! Our apartment was in excellent condition - bright, clean and with up-to-date appliances. Gubelhof is perfectly located with the grocery store, train station, a gym and the lakefront all within a 2-10 minute walk. (I measured distance in cartwheels needed to arrive at my final destination, LOL.) Lastly there is Maria. Maria owns and manages Gubelhof Suites and does so with the utmost care and attention to details. Our apartment was cleaned weekly, and she was always very responsive to questions or requests. If you are in Zug and a room available at Gubelhof Suites, we highly recommend!!

We recently stayed here for two months and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. Maria, the landlord, was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay and I truly appreciated her hospitality. One additional highlight of my stay was the café Frech downstairs. They served the best breakfast I had during my trip and I highly recommend trying it. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay with delicious food options, I highly recommend this apartment and Maria as a host. You won't be disappointed!
