 Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

Renovated in 2022, the Phoenix Hotel offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Zunyi. The hotel is only 7km from Zunyi Railway Station and 40km from Zunyi Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The infrastructure and sanitary conditions are similar to those of a high-end hotel. We were also given a free room upgrade. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the mattress is thick and the bedding is soft. The decoration style is also the artistic style I love. There is also a large yard outside. It is super romantic to sit there and drink tea while looking at the mountains and water. The service was also very good. You can add the butler on WeChat and contact him anytime if you need anything. The guy at the front desk drove us back and forth to the scenic spot for free and was always available. We took too long to take photos and it was already 10:30, but the guy still came to pick us up in five minutes and turned on the air conditioner in the room before we went back (because I told the guy that I was afraid of the cold during the previous chat). It was really a very thoughtful service. The breakfast is rich and tasty, suitable for children. In short, I am super satisfied. I will definitely come back to appreciate the lotus flowers when they are in full bloom in summer and experience the large swimming pool at the door! !

This hotel must be traveling by car. There is a long mountain road to open at high speed. You must inform the hotel in advance of your license plate number before you can drive directly to the hotel. The hotel is not big in 33 rooms, the room is quite big, and very warm, the layout is simple and clean, the waiter will ask you for your needs, The room has fruit and snacks, the mountain is a bit cold, soaked a pack of Pu'er tea, it tastes good, lying on the bed can see the balcony and the outside view. I haven't ordered dinner yet. I said that I don't want to be spicy. They prepared a hearty dinner. (See picture) Then I knew it was included in the room fee.
