衞生：細節衞生不徹底，衞生間衞浴五金件上面還有灰塵，枱麪也有灰塵，地面也有臟污打掃不徹底，包括房間裏面的整體細節衞生稍微一點點
環境：酒店是23年開業的，整體還是比較新的，因為帶小朋友入住選了特地選了一家比較新的酒店，不想住特別陳舊的，還是朋友去年入住後推薦我預訂的，但實際體驗後還是有落差感，酒店上樓要刷房卡才能上這點比較安全，地理位置還是可以的，樓下就是蘇州路，各種吃的都有，晚上也可以逛一逛
服務：前台服務比較熱情，問詢特色的好吃的店都會耐心的講解，需要借什麼東西也會耐心的滿足
設施：房間的配套設施還可以，比較新，衞生間沒有化粧鏡，然後房間的電視機看着看着也會有那種卡頓的聲音，因為第一天玩得太累了到酒店辦理好入住已經是八點多了出去吃了飯回來也比較晚了就洗漱睡了，小朋友看電視看了一會兒，老是出現卡頓的聲音，太晚了也沒有讓人來查看，總之體驗感不好
特別要吐槽一下是房間隔音效果不好！超級不好！簡直就是差！早上起來洗漱完在全身鏡那裡化粧外面走廊走路説話全部都聽得到！真的一點兒不誇張！這一點簡直了，這個房價住到這樣隔音的酒店真的是不符合。再説早餐，熱菜品種單一，沒有牛奶，米粉和米皮沒有當地的特色，就那樣將就能吃點吧，總之，個人覺得不值300多400這個價格。

這次貴州行唯一踩坑的酒店！要了三個房間，其中一個房間在6樓，感覺是宴會廳隔出來的，枱麪一層灰你敢信？一股子煙味，打電話給前台，處理方式是讓保潔帶來一瓶空氣清新劑你敢信？五樓一個房間洗臉池也堵了，下不了水，而且兩個五樓的房間窗户上方一個大梁，像關小黑屋。同價位有不少其他選擇，寶子們提前預訂其他酒店，別到時候像我們一樣別的酒店沒房間了逼着住進來。

房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果還行，對着街道略微有些吵，關上窗户好太多！
入住辦理很快，衞生間乾濕分離，户型還不錯。酒店位置很好，附近有很多美食！對面有個烤雞味道很好👍

酒店裝修設施都還不錯，但是對於睡眠質量高，聽不得一點噪音的人來説，隔音確實還多少差那麼點意思

五百多塊錢的套房，沒熱水。而且酒店方早就知道水管爆了（有的房沒有熱水，有的房有），依然把房開出去，不提醒，不告知。等到你找上門了，再給你説，哪裡有房，你換過去洗一下。滑天下之大稽！！！！！
