Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast. She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served. She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom.
The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too.
The room was also very comfortable. Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help us with any questions. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. We also really enjoyed the beautiful roof terrace. The location was also great, in the nice old city area of Zunyi.

This hotel is the best experience in the past half month of travel! It is very friendly for self-driving. The hotel is near the venue, very close and can be reached on foot! The parking lot has a dedicated elevator for the hotel! The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast is also very rich. In short, the price-performance ratio is too high! The rooftop garden is the highlight. It is very pleasant to have a barbecue with friends on the rooftop and watch the night view! Highly recommended!!!

I was recommended this hotel by Xiaohongshu, and I didn't expect it to be so super awesome! I booked it two weeks in advance and the price was really cheap. Really recommend. The service is also super good and the room is very soundproof. Toilets are all smart. And this hotel also has charging stations! I booked this hotel on September 18th and checked into the Platinum King Room around 21:00. There was a huge smell from the decoration in the room. Opening the windows and doors didn’t work for ventilation, and turning on the maximum air conditioner didn’t work. My eyes still felt sore, the smell hit my nose, and my throat felt uncomfortable. During the waiting period, I lay on the bed, ate the welcome fruit plate, and used a pair of slippers. 22:10 I couldn't stand the smell of decoration and went to the front desk to check out.
The hotel recommends changing rooms. I think the decoration is synchronized and there is no point in changing. It is better to check out and change hotels. If the hotel considers that the bed was used for more than 1 hour, it will either cancel the order and refund 40%, but no comments are allowed, or charge the full amount. I chose to spend money to speak out and complain to 12315.
The hotel has just been renovated for more than a month. It used a lot of soft bags and particle boards and was over-decorated. When you open drawers and cabinet doors, you can feel the strong smell of formaldehyde and benzene. Boxiang rooms use more particle boards and have a greater taste. Only the lobby in the entire hotel has no decoration smell.
The hotel's handling is very poor. They don't identify the root cause of check-out, don't care about the impact of decoration pollution on customers, and don't care about the inconvenience to customers when leaving the hotel in the middle of the night. They only think about making money and not leaving negative reviews.
