I had a great stay at the Hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and the first time was really great. The second time around wasn’t. I found dirty socks in the side drawer. There were no gowns in the room. The carpet wasn’t properly swept. But it was an ok stay. The service was ok. Had a disagreement with the reception guy as he wouldn’t allow my girl friend in the room, but allowed my guy friend in as he spoke to the manager and could speak Chinese ( both foreigners). I stay in my room most of the time, so I couldn’t really enjoy their amenities. That’s on me. The breakfast was ok. Mostly Chinese style. The location was great because it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

這家酒店服務態度太好，早晨就打電話給我，問我幾點到，説遵義這幾天冷，快到時提前把房間空調打開，讓我太感動，而且酒店乾淨衞生，設施齊全，早餐品種豐富，周邊吃飯方便，我帶寵物還給了我一個墊子給寵物晚上睡覺，還從來沒遇到一切為了客户想的這麼周到的，退房的時候，還問我要不要水，帶着路上喝，雖然我沒要，但也讓我感到很貼心。贊贊贊。

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店前台服務特別貼心，工作人員蔡蔡態度友好，辦理入住和退房都非常高效，完全沒有等待的煩惱。房間衞生乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓人住得很安心。早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯，性價比超高。整體來説，房費非常合理，酒店在細節上做得很好，下次還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

酒店非常的不錯，房間風格簡約，設施齊全，空調也是非常的暖和，酒店的洗衣房也不錯，最值得讚的就是還可以幫忙洗衣服，房間的視野也很廣，可以看見周邊的全景，他們家的床鋪和枕頭睡着非常好，很軟和，早餐廳的氛圍也很好，還可以送餐到房間，房間衞生也打掃得非常乾淨，體驗感很不錯，我很喜歡這家酒店

房間很乾凈 佈局很清爽, 樓下附近吃飯很方便 步行十分鐘左右可以有很多選擇
客服接待小夏美女很好客熱情 免費升級了房型 還送了小孩的早餐 早餐還不錯. 天氣有點冷還給了熱礦泉水 無微不至 讓人賓至如歸的感覺

整體還是非常推薦的，前台和餐廳的小姐姐們都很熱情。早餐種類中規中矩味道還行。房間設施也可以。就是酒店所在大樓的停車場要走幾個台階，但是行李多又沉真的不太方便。還有負三層電梯出口會高出一點點，今天長者出電梯差點摔倒。
