環境很好衞生乾淨，很安靜，樓層高眺望太舒服了。老闆人也特別好。

非常好！有電梯，很安靜，老闆娘和前台人也很好，房間和廁所都很大，也很乾凈。樓上有個大陽台，衣服晾上去一天能幹，不過我們去的這段時間晚上一般會下雨，要早上晾上去。離鳳凰山，烈士陵園，遵義會議會址都很近，公交車20分鐘，走路也都半小時以內，沿路可以走河邊，風景也很漂亮。去海龍屯和新蒲濕地也都有公交車，公交車站走路3—5分鐘的距離。下面飯店也有幾家，旁邊走5分鐘左右有超市，買東西也方便。

環境：環境不錯，周邊就是鳳凰山公園，出行很方便。衞生：每天阿姨打掃的很乾凈，鞋子擺放整齊老闆很熱情、很好。
