在一樓湖景窗外能看見嗎？能稱之為豪華？還是把所謂的普通房冒用豪華湖景房
一個掛五星級酒店的房間 浴缸是在淋浴間加了個浴缸 ** 顛覆我想象 這就是帶浴缸的房間？
一個泳池頂還在漏水 ........
到了歡迎水果 叫做後補水果
浴袍要等會送到 沒搞贏.......

酒店太OK了，宜商宜家，會務宴席度假皆宜。酒店的果園、農場、湖烤、湖心亭、風雨橋、果園山頂的四瓶瓶裝礦泉水、以及一層樓的歷史文化長廊，無處不體現着酒店方以人為本、求真務實的服務理念。
酒店兩面環湖、空氣清鮮，風景優美，靜謐自在，
酒店裝修考究，盡顯奢華大氣，每一位工作人員貼心細緻，用心服務。
酒店離市區很近，出行很方便。到新浦新區萬達廣場及林達美食街僅10分鐘車程。
出去過國內外不少地方，我覺得唯有這裏，能讓我真正安靜下來的地方。世外桃源與現實高端享受切換自如！

優點:環境十分不錯，青山綠水，養眼宜人，房間寬大舒服，裝修得體，智能控制，五一節，這個價的套房來説很有性價比了。湖畔燒烤也挺不錯，自助形式，酒水免費，挺划得來。最值得表揚的是，整個酒店每一位服務人員，從門口保安，保潔到大堂經理，每一位都熱情周到，十分耐心，響應很快。重點表揚大堂經理，穿紅色西裝的美膩小姐姐，帶家人去果園採摘，衣着單薄，天氣陰冷，一直在果園門口等着，十分敬業。另外一位大廳黑衣小哥哥，聽到兒子在圖書區擺弄借書程序，很主動來問兒子是否需要幫助
改進建議:1.歡迎水果品質需要提高點；看上去不太新鮮的樣子。
2.室內智能設施需要檢修保障體驗，刷臉開門似乎完全是擺設，前台入住應主動為客人辦理人臉錄入，不知道是不是系統有問題。這其實是個很好的亮點，提高客户體驗感
3.內部道路偏複雜，每個電梯出來的指引不夠，有些直接沒有指引，出了電梯就懵。

酒店地理位置特別好。三面環山一方對水，環境非常好。很安靜！酒店服務人員很熱情。早餐種類都非常的豐富。住了兩天，晚餐都是在酒店。大廚給做的也很好吃。必須贊一個。美中不足的是酒店的沐浴花灑陳舊漏水。這點跟五星級酒店不太相配。

臨時決定在遵義多呆一天，在攜程搜到這家酒店，被環境圖片吸引，決定選了這家酒店發呆。
一間無論晴天陰天雨天，入住後都會感到愉悦的酒店。
從下車進大堂，辦入住，餐廳吃飯，酒店閑逛，到離店，都感受賓至如歸的感覺。難得是碰到的每一位工作人員都很友好貼心，笑容可掬，辦事效率高，可見管理和服務人員都是高素質的。
另，酒店打車到附近3公里左右的天鵝湖人民公園也很方便。有機會還會再來。
