條件便利就是距離車站很近，酒店床品都還行，就是地板很臟，您如果沒穿拖鞋，會踩一腳灰，也不知道是不是就沒有拖把，服務就談不上了，您不能要求酒店前台微笑服務和禮貌用語，就是全程方言＋付費拜拜，歡迎再次惠顧那是沒有的，付了費趕緊走吧您！這個酒店是允許客人在房間裏無底線吸煙的，所以大多數的房間裏都是很濃的煙味！您要提前選房間才行！實在太累，沒有拍照片！不過，良心話，酒店早餐是很不錯的，趕緊衞生，品種多樣，做得很地道！咱有什麼説什麼，好就好，不好就不好！

房間比較乾淨，刷牙和喝水準備了一次性紙杯，很實用，很快流出熱水。酒店燈、窗簾、空調是語音控制的，小孩兒很喜歡。
地點在汽車站對面，周圍吃飯的地方也很多，有火鍋，麪等等。

住過幾次，感覺很好，這次果斷定了。結果下午兩點半到了告知房間沒收拾好，讓在大廳坐等，問原因沒人收拾，吧枱態度很不好。硬件有了，服務差了，對生意影響會很大的，別不以為然！

嚴重點評前台。前台服務人員態度惡劣，沒有服務意識，沒有耐心等待客户，講話態度非常不友好，環境一般，枕巾上還有不知道什麼東西，廁所也很小很擠前台昨天夜班值班人員素質不高。

1、後院有大停車場免費停車，酒店位於汽車站對面要吃當地人吃的東西需要往縣城裡走，不過好在縣城並不大。
2、入住房間位於酒店東側，本來想着東側不臨大馬路會安靜，結果晚上被東側再往東的馬路上的大車給吵醒了。
3、打開一套洗漱用品結果牙刷光板兒。
4、酒店標間配備了兩個枕頭，致電前台枕頭低，前台説酒店沒有多餘枕頭，這服務態度也真無語了。
5、房間淋浴間洗澡時往外跑水。
6、床邊再往裡地面衞生不用打掃？
7、房間內一個照明燈不亮。
8、表揚酒店早餐廳一男一女兩個員工，服務態度好且熱情。
綜上所述其他都可以忍受，你要可以忍受前台人員惡劣的服務態度那就可以入住該酒店。

4個長者從山西一路走來，到左權，沒有想到定了這麼好的一家迷你旅館。安靜舒適乾淨，非常智能。尤其是早餐，值得稱讚。花樣很多，熱菜熱飯，物美價廉。
