Ema House Serviced Apartments Seefeld

The service from the staff was excellent, great communication! We loved the apartments, they were clean and well appointed. Great location. Switzerland can be an expensive place to visit but the Ema house apartments were great value and we appreciated being able to cook some of the local produce rather than eating out for every meal. Really, really enjoyed our time. Thank-you!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean and spacious, with full range of amenities including washing machine and even with air conditioner. Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the tram stop. Only area for improvement was on the checkin process. We arrived on time as agreed but they only got one staff to do the check in while there was another family arrived at the same time . We had to wait for around 25 minutes with our luggages at the ground floor which was small and quite hot, and without a seat. We wonder even with one staff , the staff could consider to let us go into our apartment first so that we could unpack and take a rest and she could return to do the paper work later. We do like the apartment and simply shared this for their future improvement. All in all, this is just a single incidence and to be fair, the overall office’s response was fast and professional . They also helped my friend to go back to the apartment to pick up her handbag within short period right rafter checked out. We are happy with the stay and have great pleasure to recommend this apartment.

Everything was just perfect. The team from EMA House were very helpful and super nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The location is great and apartment very nice and refurbished. We loved it!

A wonderful property. Really large, very clean, furnished nicely. Kitchen had everything you would want; washer and dryer in bathroom. Short ( 5 min) walk to tram stops - 5 min to old town, 10 min to train station. Coop is nea tram stop, area around apartment is a mix of retail, commercial and residential. Great apartment for families.

Felt so much at home here. My husband, ten yo son and I stayed at the penthouse for 4 nights & 5 days - the whole apartment was neat and spacious and the arrangements were meticulous. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were spacious, the washer dryer was very convenient, and even little things like coat hangers and wall hooks were well placed. Did not find the apartment lacking for anything - they even provided umbrellas for rainy days and adapters for foreign travellers! The housekeeping did an awesome job. Also the location is central and well connected and next to a major train station. Lakeside, shops and restaurants are just under a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely come back here again on our next visit to Zürich.
