While being fully aware that photos don’t reflect reality, we were still very disappointed. This place could use an update. Worn out kitchen and bathroom and not too clean either. Sticky table, hair on the floor, leftover blood stains on pillow case, sheets not ironed, yellow and worn out shower curtain, etc. Our room was on the top floor with one of the double beds placed in an improvised space (not easily) accessible by tiny stairs. I write improvised because you can see in the images attached, the floor was not even finished. All mattresses super soft and not comfortable. Each pillow of different quality. Good news is if you walk 20k+ steps a day you fall asleep fast. Be aware of the fact that despite “available parking” they can tell you it’s full upon arrival. We managed but you might not be able to. You can consider this place if you don’t mind the above. Personally, second time I would aim at higher standard despite the price point.

I reserve through booking the pic you see in booking nice pic but unfortunately when you reach there very bad entry stinke hole building also the apartment the trash was full of garbage the badthroom wasnt clean the three bedrooms were not clean and organized I think that if you stay there you are wasting your money believe be you will loose you money simplely its not worth that amount you will find better more near there also cheaper price

Because of the great location I was hoping to book an apartment last year and then again for our upcoming trip this summer. Both times I was ready to book with them, and both times, they stopped responding to my emails. Because I couldn't reach them anymore by email or phone, I asked my sister in Zurich to call for me. The woman who answered (Anna?) was very rude and hung up on my sister. Maybe it's better this all happened before we paid them!

Nous avons eu des problèmes à récupérer la clé de notre chambre et avons appelé le numéro marqué pour les urgences. La gérante nous a répondu, nous avons expliqué et elle nous a raccroché au nez et cela plusieurs fois. Elle voulait communiquer par message. Après lui avoir envoyé les détails de la réservation, elle nous a envoyé le code mais ça ne marchait toujours pas. Nous avons rappelé mais elle n'a pas répondu. Et là elle débarque en trombe et en colère sans bonjour ni rien. Elle entre le code qu'elle nous avait donné et là surprise ça ne marche pas. En fait elle s'était trompée d'un numéro mais pas une excuse que dalle ! Tellement antipathique, j'ai jamais vu ça dans l'hôtellerie ! Bref emplacement pratique pour aller au Letzigrund mais c'est tout.

Logement très sale, poussière partout. Odeur d'urine dans les toilettes et de cigarettes dans les chambres. infesté de caffards et moustiques, parquet grinçant, machine à laver disponible qu'à partir de 22h, donc il faut veiller la nuit pour laver son linge. 3 serviettes de bain pour 6 personnes. Propriétaire très rude et impolie

Aucun accueil, tout par WhatsApp. La personne nous a donné le mauvais appartement sans balcon et pour 6 alors que nous étions 8. L’hôte m’a uniquement dit désolé, on s’est trompé et on a plus d’appartement. JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT !!!!!!!
