Overall, we enjoyed our stay, eventhough only view minutes drive to the center of Zurich and with extra charges of parking fee chf 20 per night at the hotel. The only pity is that they don't have a swimming pool, though. Nevertheless still few minutes walk to enjoy the walk side of the river. And breakfast was good.

Nice location near all the places you want to visit, stuff is friendly and helpful, the tram station face the door of the hotel so it makes your trip so easy.

The staff (night shift) nor really helpful to show us our room. Our room is in another building ( cross the indoor bridge) snd that's not expected. no air-conditioning until inside the room.
Room size and temperature are good. Comfortable bed.
No shower door but ok with the curtain. Might need more towels incase the water on the floor.

Friendly staff. Only 3 stop station (ride tram) from zurich train station. And there’s a tram station in front of hotel and near with denner supermarket.
For sure will come back here again if i go zurich again. Room also spacious

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The tram to the centre is very convenient, just outside of the hotel and run frequently. The room is clean and have everything you need. I will stay again.
