We stayed in this place for our Zurich trip. The self-checking was easy and right as described. The apartment was well prepared and organized when we arrived. There were enough towels and the heating was perfect which made the room very cozy. The bed was comfortable though it was making much noises when someone moves while sleeping. The bathroom was clean apart from the few hair we found on the floor that probably the cleaning missed. There was also an espresso coffee maker and small kitchenette. The fridge was not working for some reason. Overall it was okay, the negative things that must be improved in my opinion is the check-in and check-out times which in my opinion are not fair. 3pm checking and 10am checkout are unfair. For us it was okay as we arrived late and we had an early flight but for other travelers it may be a problem. I believe a checkin at 2pm at least and checkout at 11am would be fair. 3h are well enough time to prepare the room for the next guest. The other thing is not a complaint just a recommendation. Providing slippers if possible we make a very good touch to the service as the floor is cold and some people like to walk barefoot in their place if stay.
