The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Good location, about 8 mins walk to the Zürich hb, Starbucks , Mcd , burger king and several restaurant are close by. I like my room 220 & 221 because there are additional door to be secure our privacy , so both rooms can be connected like connecting room, convenient for families.

Very good location very near Zurich HB and shopping street. Have restaurant and supermarket around. Room is clean.

Hotel location is very convenient

Excellent location just a 3-minute walk from the main train station and close to the shopping street. The room with a clean, spacious, and beautifully designed room that’s well-lit, plus great-smelling toiletries, convenient amenities like wireless charging. The hotel nearby have COOP supermarket and McDonald's. The hotel even has a cinema on the first floor with daily 8 PM showings. Overall a 5-star stay, though the hallway carpet should use vacuum to clean up.

Good location that is near the railway station. The room is in reasonable size as it is near the city center. Breakfast is good with fresh bread, fruits, and coffee. The chocolate fountain for free treats at the reception is really an attraction. Service at the front desk is superb. Will come and book the hotel again in the future.

This hostel is clean and conveniently located, close to the main touristic attractions and the main train station. Shared bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The room is comfortable. However - the hostel is just next door to a bar, so it’s very noisy until the bar closes (on a Friday night is 2AM). checkout time is at 10AM, which is not only unusual but very inconvenient. I won’t be staying in this hotel when I return to Zurich

房間很小，但是床舒服。早餐少而精。最主要的問題是，這個酒店在林登霍夫山上，提着大件行李爬山和走老城的石子路是很嚴峻的考驗。如果是國際飛行之後拖着大件行李爬上去要做好足夠的心理準備。出租車進老城且可以開上去，但是Uber不可以進老城區。

Perfect location if you wish to stay in the heart of Zürich. Within walking distance to Old Town and Zürich lake.

Great and cozy hotel. I had a nice balcony overlooking inner yard. The design of rooms is different from what you usually get and is very welcoming. Breakfast has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel, fresh fruit, omelettes, bread selection, salmon and etc. They even give you a bottle of water at checkout, a nice touch.
