The room is nicely decorated - and the hotel is whithin walking distance of the train station. The only minor thing is the small shower head. Breakfast is excellent! And service at breakfast and reception is lovely and with a smile! The bar and restaurant had decent prices but only I went for a drink (or 2) and they served me nuts with it, so this is a plus for me.

I last came here 6 years ago. Still delivering a great level of service and it was another seamless trip. Great consistency! I definitely recommend it to anyone passing through this town, excellent location and good friendly service, nothing much else needed!

Entrance is nice and staff is friendly The rooms on the other hand are completely outdated. Bathroom, small, single sink, toilet in bathroom, bath with non adaptable shower head. The antique type of hair-dryer hanging there, i hadn’t t seen anymore for 15 years... completely old fashioned and useless Bed-comfort was ok, but also room very outdated. Coffee and tea in room, no water though. Rooms come with carton walls... every sound can be heard, so be prepared for an involuntary wake up in the morning. Parkin outside to be paid separately. Wat een prachtig hotel! Wij hadden de suite geboekt en die overtrof alle verwachtingen, wat een leuke ervaring! Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk, wij voelden ons welkom. Het eten in de brasserie was een wild diner, dat was middelmatig maar onze eisen zijn ook erg hoog. Bij 1 gang werd er een alternatief geregeld omdat het gerecht echt niet in de smaak viel. De speciale wijnen die bij bijna elke gang werden geserveerd waren erg lekker!

Wat een prachtig hotel! Fijne plek met zeer bekwaam en gastvrij personeel. Savonds ontzettend goed gegeten in het restaurant, deze raad ik zeker aan. Ik zat op een rustige, schone kamer die van alle gemakken is voorzien (koffie, thee, bad en airco!). Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Perfect hotel gelegen in centrum van Zutphen met parkeergelegenheid (tegen betaling) voor de deur. Vriendelijke ontvangst, snelle incheck en kon vroeger dan afgesproken gebruik maken van mijn kamer. Prettig personeel. Kamer was in orde, schookn en badkamer was hygiënisch. Prima bed en netjes verzorgd. Ontbijt (tegen betaling) wad goed en uitgebreid. Dit hotel verdient een aanbeveling. Kleine opmerking, waterdruk van de douche was matig, wellicht vanwege 3e verdieping.
