Zhuhai Chimelong - Marine Animals, Stunning Fireworks

On July 24th, I spent a day at Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom with my two daughters. We arrived at Parking Lot No. 1 at 11:00, but it was already full, so we moved to Parking Lot No. 2, which was also close to the entrance and had nearly 1,000 empty spaces. By the time we retrieved our car, the lot was almost full. The park is arranged around Hengqin Bay with various pavilions. Without any prior planning, we toured counterclockwise: 5D Castle Cinema - Dolphin Bay - Beluga Pavilion - Polar Bear - Penguin - Whale Shark Pavilion. The reason for this route was that we watched three shows first and then slowly viewed the marine animals. The showtimes were well-scheduled, and the distances between the pavilions were appropriate. However, most people entered the shows early, so the venues were almost full. Don't wait for the next show; there will definitely be empty seats. I recommend starting with the 5D Cinema. It has seating for a thousand people, with shows every half hour. After a short wait, you can enter. Watching it first helps you understand the park's cute animals; otherwise, you might be confused. You'll learn about Kaka the White Tiger, Qiqi the Pink Tiger, and Cool the Parrot, and understand why there's a Pink Qiqi's House and a Parrot Roller Coaster, and why the volcano in the parade spews fire. Each pavilion not only introduces its main star but also other marine animals. There are multiple viewing angles, close distances, and a strong sense of immersion. The animals follow activity routes and continuously display themselves under the caretakers' feeding. The Polar Bear Pavilion also has Arctic Wolves and Arctic Foxes, the Whale Shark Pavilion has a jellyfish wall and clownfish, and the Penguin Pavilion features various penguins waddling around following the caretakers' feeding. The underwater tunnel offers a spectacular view of a flock of geese diving and speeding by. The lines for the entertainment attractions are long, but they get shorter after 4 PM. We rode the Parrot Roller Coaster, which extends outward and is suspended in the air, offering a different experience from other parks. The manatees in the Manatee Pavilion and the orcas in the Whale Shark Pavilion have moved to the Spaceship Park, so there's no need to visit the Manatee Pavilion. It's also in a remote location and has a poor environment. The most exquisite part is the fireworks show, which you must not miss. There is one at 7:30 PM and another at 8:00 PM. I initially thought there wouldn't be another show after the 7:30 one, but the two shows feel different. Fireworks, lasers, fountains, music, drones, fire jets, and water jetpacks bring the joy to a climax.
